BEAUTIFUL LOFT WITH JACUZZI AND PRIVATE SAUNA 2 people (+ 18 years), 10 min drive to Reñaca beach and 20 min to Viña del Mar. Located on a private plot, with access gate and security cameras. Fully equipped kitchen, just bring your food. It includes sheets and towels. Ideally, you should have a car, although you can get there by Uber or Cabify. We are ecofriendy. No pets allowed. Homegym and space for yoga and meditation available. There are loungers, hammocks and games.

Welcome, we rent an apartment attached to the house, independent, it has a small interior patio, kitchenette, double bed, private bathroom, wifi, tv, netflix, refrigerator and basic services. Located in Recreo, a quiet place with a privileged view, 10 minutes from the center of Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. Close to beaches and all the attractions that the city has. It has parking of 4.30x2.50x height 1.79 cm and another in a neighboring house, subject to availability

Separate from the first floor where the host lives. The only thing that is shared is the access to the parking lot :)

Our house was designed to experience the feeling of flying over the ocean, just a 5-minute walk from Reñaca beach, all the rooms have spectacular views of the sea and Valparaiso bay. Spacious and open common areas distributed on 3 different levels, which makes the experience inside the house very unique. The decor is designer, reflecting the love of plants and treasures. Access is via a 3-story staircase, but it's worth the effort!

The place consists of 2 paired houses that share only the parking and main entrance at the gate. Everything else is private, it also has a private interior patio. Parking is only for 1 vehicle inside the property. If you are with another extra vehicle you will have to be parked outside the property on main street or coordinate with host if there is space.

The actual direction is Central 50, but it doesn't let me take that point so it puts a neighboring house in that same corner where the listing is located.
