Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Negras

a very comfortable stay. the apartment was very clean and modern. easy check in and communication was great. The addition to access to the pool was great for the late afternoons. would recommend

The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a holiday apartment.

It is an excellent space, we entered and were surprised by how tidy and clean it was, in addition to the incredible attention of the host Álvaro, super friendly and willing to clarify any questions and quickly, 100% recommended

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Everything is present and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are 15 minutes walk from the beach. The old city centre is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too big. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. We highly recommend this host and location and hope to come back again. Greetings John and Kitty

The apartment "Casa de Valtravieso" is part of a larger house with three apartments. The apartment we stayed in is on the raised ground floor with a large deck on the south side and a patio with seating on the north side - this patio adjoins the bedroom. We rented the apartment for a month (March 2025). Especially given the off peak season dates, the price for this rental and its value was really good value. The house is older, renovated in the last two years. Antonio is a nice person, he was there even when we arrived. After that we met several times during our stay and always spoke informally at least for a while. On our arrival, I also asked Antonio if he had an older work desk to create a small workspace for a laptop. He provided us with a table, that was very convenient for us. There was no dining table in the interior prior to our stay - in a warmer time it is assumed that you are eating on the terrace. Before our arrival, Antonio got a new dining table in the dining room as well. Our stay was great and we definitely recommend the place!

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

Hosts are always on the lookout and attentive to any needs that may arise. The house was very clean and the sheets and towels smelled very good. They have many details that make you feel at home. Welcome with cold drink and snacks. Coffee and biscuits for breakfast. Very attentive and pleasant. That's great. We'll be back. Thank you for these nice days.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.

Very nice apartment that fully matches the photos. The views are amazing and the apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The access road to the development is peculiar but once at home it is well worth it.
