Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Everything is fine, a quiet place that matches the photos and description, the perfect stay to enjoy the beach and get to know the area.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

We stayed at Sam's apartment for four weeks. The terrace is huge, with wonderful views of the sea in one direction and surrounded by hills behind the property. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, and well equipped for a longer stay such as ours. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again!

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host

The apartment is exactly as in the photos,was easy to find and walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants.We had a car and visited many places along the coast and up to Mojácar Peublo.Jesus gave us some lovely places to visit,we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s out of season but that looked nice. Absolutely no complaints from us.Thanks very much.

An excellent and clean modern apartment, about 50 metres from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the historic centre. Personalised and helpful reception. We can only recommend this unit in every aspect.

We loved the place well located, it is recently renovated and the decor makes the stay very pleasant, the sofa bed is quite comfortable and it is very clean we will return without hesitation, thanks to María and her son Juanfra they made the stay very easy thanks to both of us for being such good hosts

Beautiful apartment, quite new and clean. Location on the outskirts but very quiet. The only thing is that there are some stairs to access. The rest is wonderful.

We loved the place. A very good peace of mind. We couldn't enjoy the pool because there was bad weather but we'll be back.

The stay was fabulous. Starting with the attention of Yolanda and Paqui. We were warmly welcomed and explained everything about the house and the area very in detail. The house is very ample and is very well equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, it has bed linen and bathroom. The air conditioning works great. They also make at your disposal beach items such as chairs or umbrellas in case you need. We found everything very clean and clean. We will definitely repeat on our next visit to Carboneras. 100% recommended

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

Ideal place to disconnect if you like nature by hiking, cayack, snorkeling, biking , enjoying beaches and especially with very beautiful coves where only and you can access by walking. Les Negres is a village where you can eat fresh fish and seafood, well located in the middle of Cabo de Gata.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We booked Ramon's apartment in July for September. And we weren't wrong. The photos don't do it justice, it's much better. The location is perfect. The apartment has its garden and everything you need, such as the pool that is next to the apartment, and the schedule is the best, until midnight. Vera beach is a 3-minute drive and an 8-minute walk. Next to the apartment there was an exterior door to the residential complex and you could park there without any problem. The apartment is a 3-minute drive from Garrucha and less than 10 minutes from Mojácar. Ramon was attentive to everything, which makes you feel more at home. Thank you very much Ramon. We'll be back for sure.

Everything's great. Diana is very kind, the house is beautiful, the rooftop is wonderful. Very close to the beach. Everything is very clean, home style to the fullest. Diana is very friendly, she left us candy, gifts, snacks.

It was a great stay! we liked that it was all the ground floor and the pool of the development two steps away, (literally) opening the gate that separated the terrace from the apartment and being already in the pool. La terracita for breakfast in the morning, great tb Everything comfortable, with air conditioning that we well thanked, in short, that I would repeat again.

Really, we look forward to more!!! The place is beautiful, it seems that it had been inaugurated for our arrival: everything was impeccable and there was no lack of detail! We went to spend only one night (regretting not being able to stay more like) with two friends. The apartment is beautiful, and the attention of her host, Jose Maria, could not have been better. We were attentively awaited upon our arrival, we received all the recommendations to visit villages and restaurants in the area and how to move without stress😅. Thank you Jose, we will come back and do some longer season!! 🤗🤗🤗
