Lovely Apartment just as Advertised, Would Definitely Use Again

Penthouse with all kinds of details, ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning, TV with smart TV, equipped kitchen, terrace with pergola, the truth is that the facilities were perfect, garage square in front of the door stairs. The area is in front of the marinicas beach, which is a less crowded beach, perfect for going with two dogs, (in September there were no problems) and it is close to the center of Carboneras. They didn't put on us for carrying two dogs and they didn't charge us any extra. it's really all pretty good.

Apartment with all amenities, great location, beautiful place and Encarna is a charm. We felt at home. We'll be back for longer !

Our stay at Gerrit's was just perfect in every way! Gerrit welcomed us warmly and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay to make recommendations and answer our questions. The house really has everything you need for a quality stay. The location is fabulous for recharging batteries and relaxing. Cabonneras at this time of year is a small haven with the sea a short walk from the house. Thank you again so much Gerrit for EVERYTHING! Jesus' place is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. It's close to the beach and there are some restaurants nearby. We did several great daytrips from here to explore in the region. Jesus was a responsive and helpful host, we recommend visiting his place!

Had a great stay at Nachos apartment. As other reviewers have stated - excellent apartment, location and hosts. Everything you need is right there for a great time in Mojacar. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a great stay at Casa Chinos (family of 7). Plenty of room, great layout and we had everything we needed during our stay. Robert and Alex were very responsive throughout. 2 minute walk to the Playa with some nice places to eat, kids play parks etc. pool table, table tennis and pool toys to keep the kids entertained. Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Wonderful stay in Mojacar. Quiet and family-friendly development. The house is great, very clean and with everything you need. The beach was just a few meters from the house. The pool in the residential complex is fabulous. The kindness of the hosts is noteworthy, always willing to help and with a lot of detail. They made us feel right at home. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

Nicolas’ apartment is fantastic. Great location for exploring the area - north to Mojácar or south to Cabo de Gata. Parking was easy for the time of the year we were there and the Terrace is amazing!! The apartment is very well equipped for cooking and also for rainy days has TV stations from just about every country (including sports channels!!) Overall a great stay with an exceptionally responsive host!!

We had the best time and Juan and Christian were so kind and responsive. The apartment was perfect for our 4 generations of family. Thank you so much for letting us stay

Wonderful stay! The communication with Chus was excellent from start to finish, she perfectly answered our questions and quickly found all the solutions to the small adjustments requested. The apartment is conveniently located and the view from the terrace is exceptional. Very nice bedding for the double bed. Bathrooms quite small but have the advantage of being two. The apartment has a private parking space at the foot of the residence. Self check-in is very nice. Thanks again Chus for everything!
