Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

The Wave Nest – Beachfront Escape for Couples

We had a great experience in PR and stay at the Wave Nest. Eric was always available to answer questions. Condo was as pictured—immaculate/nicely decorated. The location is within walking distance of 24-hr supermarket and lots of restaurants and nightlife. We enjoyed walks on the beach and cooking breakfast in the kitchen and having it in front of the TV on the dinette set. The shower had good water pressure/temp. The area can be tad noisy at night but to be expected in a “happening” area. The sound of the waves and AC provided white noise and we slept soundly. I should add, the bed was super comfy and the pillows firm/plush—also that we really appreciated the white bed linens (anything other than white linen is a no-no, lol). The only slight downside…parking was a little challenging. If you plan to Uber/Lyft, you’ll have no problem and will find good places to eat or go for a drink within walking distance. Other than the parking, our stay were great and deserving of 5 stars.

The home was AMAZING the host was so welcoming and came to greet us in person. Also had all of the normal essentials in the home like mosquito spay, sun screen, beach towels, beach chairs and plenty of regular towels and toilet paper. The home was very comfortable and definitely worth the price! Can’t way to book again

This place was nothing short of amazing! The patio upstairs is so huge you can fit about 10 people if not more! Raul had just about everything you needed from Sunscreen to Burned Ointment for Sunburns to SPF Sunscreen, Washer & Dryer. Soooo much Cleaning products and the fully updated Appliances (water & Ice). The beds where very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. All the remotes were tagged with what works with what and you are in for a treat if you like fancy showers. The view from the patio is complete ocean view. Look to the right you will see the beach across the water look to your left you will see a flashing light from the lighthouse. This view was so amazing I literally almost fell asleep on the patio! Raul was so nice and patient with me especially someone as over stimulating myself! Almost forgot, this place has private parking as well as parking on the street!!!! Gas station across the street and gas was only GET THIS .75 CENTS A LITER!!!!! We spent a $15/3 Days.
