Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Las Hurdes

Our stay was a week and we were able to enjoy a lot of calm, good landscapes and country trails 2 minutes from the house. Soledad sends you a lot of information about routes, villages and restaurants and is pending 24/7. It never took more than a few minutes to answer any messages I sent her during my stay. Our butano canister was finished and we had it changed in 20 minutes. The place is very well cared for and the facilities are of good quality. They even have the detail of having things like salt and pepper, aromatic candles or tuppers at your disposal. Everything you need to live with the essentials for a few days. Small tip for future clients: If you stay longer than 2 or 3 days I recommend leaving the towels in the shower to dry out of the bathroom as it is a very wet room and they will get a bit of a damp smell. Overall it was a very quiet and relaxing stay, a good change of city life.

An unbeatable experience! Ainhoa's house exceeded our expectations. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset, when we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets through the huge windows of the living room. The environment is very quiet and the location is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing, but at the same time it is close to everything you need. The heating worked wonderfully, which made our stay very comfortable even in the first days, which were cooler. But, without a doubt, the best thing was the communication with Ainhoa. From the first moment, she was very kind, attentive and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. We'll be back for sure!

Paloma is wonderful and very kind host. Extremely helpful from the very moment we met her for check in, until the end when we checked out. The accommodation was very safe, clean and organized and met our expectations. Very nice place for getting away from city life and just relaxing on the property. Also, the surrounding areas in Candeleda are beautiful with a lot of mountainous to explore while hiking and walking around, along the river, as well as surrounding areas. My two friends and I absolutely loved Joao's place! It is one of the most unique airbnbs we have ever stayed in, built on the side of a mountain with a fabulous view off the balcony. It was comfortable and quiet. The town of Monsanto is also incredibly beautiful and unique and everything is in walking distance. I would love to return to Monsanto and would definitely stay in Joao's place again.

Quiet location, with a garden area with every detail to be relaxed. Irene took great care of us, left us a delicious detail for breakfast and the recommendations she gave us, about what to see in the area were perfect.

The stay has been as expected, the location is great for sightseeing in the North of Extremadura, the house is perfect to go with family as we have gone, with my brothers, nephews and parents. We have had a wonderful time and Angela has been very attentive to us. Would recommend 100%

Sandrine and Julien were excellent hosts, attentive and responsive ot all of our questions. They have built a beautiful Dome haven for visitors and we were happy to be able to stay in such a special construction. The dome was spacious and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our November stay. We would highly recommend and will definitely return ourselves.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house is full of charm and character, both inside and out, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating such a welcoming space. Waking up each morning to greet the chickens and enjoy fresh eggs in the well-equipped kitchen was such a treat. The views are truly breathtaking—especially when the clouds clear and the snow-capped mountains come into view. The pool was a real highlight and perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days. We also loved discovering the local area, with delicious meals at the golf club and Casa Pepe in the village. Thank you for a memorable experience—we’d return in a heartbeat!

we loved it,it was the studio ,the smallest, but it exceeded our expectations,the value for money was excellent ,it was on the 2nd floor and there were stairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility)but we go ,fine. The only thing that we lack was a sofa even if it was small to watch TV but we are not essential in general. In general,

We spent some incredible days in the country house. It's the ideal place to enjoy with your partner, friends and family. The house is spacious, comfortable and decorated with a lot of charm, as well as being very well equipped. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing or doing outdoor activities.

The accommodation is located 3 minutes by car from the Portuguese border of Vilar Formoso where restaurants and shops are located. The owners are very accommodating for the arrival time, they are very kind and responsive in terms of communication before arriving at the accommodation. They live next door which facilitates exchanges and reception of keys. Very clear explanations of the place, spacious, modern, well maintained and very clean upon arrival. Thanks to the owners for the warm welcome and kindness. I will come back without hesitation!!!

We had a nice stay in the apartment. It was neat, compact and with everything you need. Beds were on the hard side, but that can be a personal preference. In addition, it is super central, so you can discover Salamanca. We were there when it was over 30 degrees during the day, but the floor cooling kept the apartment wonderfully cool.

Contact with Beatriz was very easy. The message with the instructions was really well written. Everything was very understandable. The apartment is spacious and very well located in the historic centre, slightly set back from the main square in a very quiet area for quiet nights. Great value for money. Highly recommend Patrick

We enjoyed two days in the centre of the old town of Plasencia. The apartment is perfect, very comfortable and well located. The cleanliness is exquisite, it seems that you have just opened it in all the details. Wendy responds instantly if you need any attention. Lovely ❤️

Incredible stay. It has a super nice studio, super clean, everything super tidy and you have everything you would have in your house. Both my parents and I have felt at home and that's not something that any accommodation can achieve. And Mireille and her husband are great, attentive and respond immediately to whatever you need. If I go back to Salamanca, I'll definitely stay with them 100%

The house is great, very good shower and bed... Also super close to mountain routes. The village is beautiful, the river, the callecitas con flores... Communication with Carlos is perfect.

Our best Airbnb experience ever. The apartment is in a building on the perimeter of the historical center of Salamanca. Even though we were at walking distance from the all the main attractions of the center of the town, which can be very busy at times, the apartment is remarkably quiet and peaceful. From the living room we had a lovely view of the ancient Roman bridge and the green park of the river Tormes. The interior is new, very luxurious and of high quality and design. Faguguri provided the best possible level of comfort. The beds, the kitchen amenities and the elegant bathroom are of the highest quality. Faguguri is a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive. She even surprised us on the last day of our stay by personally driving us to the bus station for our return journey.

As Cristobal already mentions, it is a small apartment, 25m2, but it is very comfortable and very charming, that is always a plus, and nothing is missing, it has excellent light and is located in a place with fantastic views that can be enjoyed from a spectacular terrace. A highly recommended and quiet place. Cristobal was also a great host. Always trying to make your stay at home the best possible.
