Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Las Grutas

The house is very comfortable, has a nice patio and is less than a block from the beach in the Terrazas del Mar neighborhood. Ana was always attentive to inquiries and passed us important info to make the stay more enjoyable.

It was wonderful, we had a wonderful time in the house. The way to the beach was fast and good, you could also get to the city quickly by car. Nevertheless, it was very quiet. Caroline was always quick to reach and took great care of everything. Even on holidays. We would come back.

We spent 15 days with unforgettable friends, the house is exceptional, absolutely nothing is missing. Always clean, well equipped, very modern, neat, with working air conditioning in all its rooms and in the living room. It is so equipped that there is no need to bring anything, just the desire to have a great stay. We want to highlight the attention of Mercedes, who received us and helped us with the cleanliness of the house keeping it always shiny, and Karina, both always ready to answer any questions that arise. We would return without thinking and if possible today, we already missed it 😄

The house is very nice and cozy, it has many amenities for a family. The area is super quiet and very close to the sea and beautiful beaches, although the view from the terrace is the best! By day you can see the sea and at night an incredible amount of stars. Two things to note that are not very clear in the post: the electrical power has some faults, sometimes when plugging in a cell phone charger the light will be cut off throughout the house; and the other is that the path from Las Grutas to the house is not in the best condition and you should be careful, especially if it rains.

It was a great decision to get to Lautaro Cabaña, excellent decoration for photos, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for the beach as a family. very original the layout of the environments. And above all, Liz is a host stipend, always responded immediately with great recommendations to enjoy my birthday as a family!!

The house is beautiful, details that make it cozy and comfortable . Very well equipped kitchen with necessary crockery and utensils. Very nice natural environment, although the pool area is shared , the grill and exterior space is very well armed. About 500 meters from the dreamy beach, easy access . I recommend it! We had a very good stay, both Karen, who communicated from the first moment of the reservation, Raul and Marta, who live in the house ahead of the accommodation were always very friendly and were willing to help us in what we needed. We will be back!

A very spacious place, it is not central but in the grotto everything is close by. Parking for cars, a large balcony with a grill. Very nice place.
