Only the garden and barbecue are shared. 2 blocks from the city's main boulevard: with gas station, supermarket, pharmacy, OXXO, sushi restaurants, roast chicken, hamburgers, Dairy Queen, etc. Check-in from 3 pm to 10 pm Check-out before 11:00 AM Smoking and drug use are not allowed in any area

The apartment is new, modern and comfortable. It has an independent access. It's located 4 km away from "El Malecón" (downtown), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has one full bed, one sofa-bed, a small kitchen that includes a mini-fridge and an electric stove, a table for four, a space for clothes-storage and a full bathroom. It has AC and good wifi signal. There's a patio with a hammock that guests can use, and parking space. There's a washer available for guests.

Enjoy the simplicity of this home. Apartment with a good location. One block of municipal transit, 10 minutes away from the seawall by car or downtown. 15 min. from the airport. Very close to Soriana, Sears, General Hospital and Government Offices. Close to Liverpool, Sams, Cinépolis and Shopping Plazas. A comfortable place, in a quiet area (although a construction is taking place at the moment) perfect for resting after visiting family, from a day at the beach.

It's a fairly comfortable space for your stay in La Paz. You can find supermarkets, a gas station, a restaurant for breakfast, and public transport passes right by that street. During the night it's a quiet neighborhood where you can rest peacefully. If you're traveling by car, the place has private parking. Access is independent from the street and there is a safe box where you can pick up the keys at the time you want to enter.
