Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. The whole house was very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking which was important to us. Google maps messed up the location and Migdalis was very kind to walk us through the directions step by step. The location is within minutes to El Yunque, the Luquillo beaches and close to Fajardo. The grocery store, Ralph’s, is not too far and was an extremely clean store with helpful staff. The bedrooms have air conditioning which kept our sleeping very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet (no people or street noises) except for a rooster across the street. We’re early risers so it didn’t bother us, just amused us. The night time natural noises were so calming and relaxing that I had to record them to use at home. We stayed 4 nights and were very happy there.

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

Everything was just about perfect, just like the previous time in the summer of 2023, with the exception of the failure of the water heater. Everything else was as good as advertised. We will be returning next year with our grandchildren again.

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We have been literally traveling around the world making this AirBnB our last stop. It had to have a beautiful view of the Caribbean, check. Had to have a pool, check a very big pool on site! Had to have smart TVs , check 2 TVs. Had to have comfortable apartment with a Puerto Rico vib, check delivered. I could keep going checking things off but you got it by now it was the perfect place to end our trip! Thanks René for hosting us.

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

I am honestly speechless at how beautiful this location is. The pictures are not enough. This is a place that must be experienced in person. Whoever was behind designing this location did an amazing job. From the private pool to the detailing around the house, everything was amazing. Clean, neat and comfortable. Less is definitely more and the host understood the assignment!

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Loved this place! Will be coming back! Felt very safe in the complex, everyone was very friendly! The views from the condo were absolutely gorgeous! Host was very helpful anytime we had questions. We felt very safe the entire time, perfect for my fiance and I. We would highly recommend!

Javier was the most amazing host ever! Super proactive and responsive! He offered suggestions for fun things to do, places to eat, activities and more! His home was beautiful and had toiletries available for use. Everything was super clean and the property was BEAUTIFUL! Super peaceful and quiet! We will be staying here next time we come! janira's place was amazing and included everything needed to make you feel at home. There are 3 bedrooms on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other side which allowed the men to have one side while the women on the other. The pools and outdoor sitting with grill was an added bonus. Janira was very responsive and even volunteered to pickup our tickets for our ferry ride to Vieques. We couldn't asked for a better host, she's the best!!

A fantastic place to stay. The view is amazing! There are so many things to do nearby with great restaurants too. A much more laid back area than San Juan with amazing beaches. The apartment was just as described and wasn’t missing anything we needed.

Excelente lugar para desconectarse y pasar unas vacaciones

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and it was the best! Great food and drinks so close that Rey made us aware of. Getting uber rides was no problem while staying here and just about anything from the rainforest to the beach is about 10 minutes! Everyone nearby was very friendly too. Overall a great experience and we would love to come again!

We loved staying at this location. Not only did Vincent and his team provide plenty towels, a bottle of wine and chips, blankets for both inside and the balcony, the location of this property was perfect to go to Luquillo, El Yunque, Ceiba to catch the ferry for Vieques and Culebra or any of the local bars/restaurants in the area. It was the perfect cozy home base and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely look to book again next time we stay in the area! Thank you!
