The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically what you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the jar on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Mrs. Rosa was very loving and attentive to any questions. The house has all the amenities to go with a large family, the photos don't do justice to how nice the house is. We recommend it 1000%, we will definitely be back.

Excelente alternativa

Great choice to have stayed in Esteban's apartment for our holidays in Pucón! The apartment was compliant with what we were looking for and was super comfortable. Meets as posted. The entry and exit with the vehicle is easy and if you like to move away from the downtown area, it is a great choice. The bed is comfy and not to mention the sheer amount of blankets they give you for the cold (if you go in fall/winter). We were very satisfied and we will certainly have it as an option if we return to Pucón!

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy the place, the photographs totally match your description. Supermarkets nearby and also commerce, recommended for upcoming travelers....you will feel at home

Very comfortable, perfect location, central, close to everything, we did not get cold, very rich shower water, tidy kitchen, it has everything you need.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, so it met all our expectations. Very nice facilities and common areas, where we had a great time as a family... As for Karla, we would like to point out that she is a great host who was always ready to address all our concerns. In conclusion, it is a 100% recommended place.

Highly recommended and conveniently located Apart Hotel. Everything was clean, Odette's service was impeccable, always attentive and always ready to help. Centrally located, a couple of blocks from the main avenue and about a 15-minute walk to the lake and any tourist spot. The accommodation is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, water heater, utensils and cutlery for four people. Clean sheets and towels are provided, and you can ask the host for a washing machine if you stay for many days. The place is also very quiet, without annoying night noises and overall, very comfortable. Recommended, I would definitely come back on a future stay in Villarica.

The place is located only 5 minutes from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common spaces and the kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast or dinners. It's very quiet so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always there to answer your questions. I'd stay there again:)

Excellent location, very close to the lake with exclusive access for passengers and residents. You can walk and get to the plaza, downtown and restaurants. Felipe was very concerned and attentive to help.

Since we arrived they welcomed us very well, the apartment was clean and very orenado is spacious and comfortable. Its location allows you to move downtown and get to know the city on foot. Thanks to the host Jessi who was always attentive to any needs

The beautiful place, beautiful view and nature around you, ideal for relaxing and enjoying, children and young people have a place with activities so it's impossible to get bored. Very quiet and safe, totally recommended. The apartment well equipped and very tastefully decorated.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, neat, comfortable, just enough for two roads like ours. The area although it is far from the center the surroundings are beautiful in a wooded area. An uber from the center rises between 2000 and 2500 Chilean pesos. In the concierge there are always people and they are all very friendly when you make inquiries, in our case we are Uruguayans and first time we visited the region. Just as a thing for Gustavo to consider correcting some detail in the shower that falls the stand and some water that splashes from the bathtub out. In general terms we had a very nice stay and we love the city.

Everything is very good, according to what we had seen in the photos and description.
