Benoit is an excellent host, very attentive, with good recommendations. The accommodation is 3 minutes by car from Playa Negra and 10 minutes from Avellanas beach. The place is spacious, very clean and meets all the needs. Thank you to Benoit so cordial treatment.

My wife and I love this place. This is the second time we stayed here in the last two years. This is our go to BnB when we stay in Tamarindo. Ana is amazing and is so helpful when things dont work or if you have questions. 10/10 place!

Beautiful little studio in the heart of the southern Beach Town neighborhood.

If you want “steps from the beach” and literally in the heart of Tamarindo this is the place for it. If you do excursions through Trip Advisor and use Natives Way they are literally “1 min” from this location which is great when you have a 5:30AM and a 6:30AM pickup. Alvaro responded prior to arrival setting up airport pickup, check in, and always promptly. Fun small patio area overlooking Tamarindo Beach with 2 Bar Still chairs and chill swing chair.

Arum's place was amazing and one of our favorite stops in Costa Rica. The place was just as beautiful as the photos and the views just couldn't be beat. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture and everything you could need including some thoughtful snacks and wine left out for our arrival. The beautiful infinity pool was just steps away from the condo and our favorite place to spend our mornings with the kids and watch the sunset. Again, the view 😍😍. The staff are amazing and helped with booking us transportation, golf carts and answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend Arun's place to anyone.

Perfect location for exploring Playa Flamingo and surrounding beaches. The view from the condo is wonderful, we enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The condo is also close to a market (down the hill) and restaurants. Beds were firm but comfortable, cozy living room furniture, and kitchen stocked with all you need for cooking at the condo.

We had an amazing time staying at the apartment in tamarindo! Fantastic location, being super close to the beach, but far enough away to feel like you are outside of the hustle. You are in an apartment building with others around, but the location of the apartment is on the far end and it felt super private. The AC was clutch to escape the heat, and the balcony has a great view of the ocean!! Huge kitchen so you can cook meals or choose from one of the amazing restaurants nearby. Paula also recommended Handle Bar, a great bike rental spot in town, which we loved having bikes to get around town with! 10/10 recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again. The house is in the perfect location- a short walk to town and just steps from the beach. We also all fell in love with Missy. She is the sweetest dog. The owners are very responsive to any questions. They met us there to check in and even messaged me with restaurant and grocery store recommendations.

Jake’s place is absolutely fantastic. It’s bigger and nicer than the photos suggest. It was a great place to have as home base for a week. We travelled with our 10 month old and the layout was great for having children. The location is wonderful, it is a safe, quiet and secure complex with private entry to the beach. The ocean is only a few meters away and the views from the condo and balcony are amazing. We could see the water and listen to the waves as well as watch wildlife such and monkeys and iguanas in the trees. The beach itself is terrific and much quieter than Tamarindo. The pool was recently remodeled and is beautiful and was a great place to retreat during the heat of the day. Several restaurants and a market are within easy walking distance. Jake is super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We were totally immersed in the beautiful ocean sunsets, the sound of the rhythmic waves landing on the shores directly outside our Airbnb, the early morning sand beach walks, the sight of fish as we snorkeled a few hundred feet away, and the relaxing mornings on our front patio. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the area. These were perfect days. Our first night we were awakened several times by restless barking neighborhood dogs. The next evenings were fine. We feel the dogs became accustomed to us. Know that we never saw the dogs, so we never felt threatened. Definitely recommended.

It's 30 steps to a beautiful beach, what else do you need to know? The AC works well, the kitchen is sufficient for self-catering, although we ate most meals out since there are many options nearby and walking distance such as Puro Cafe which has great breakfast and coffee! Potrero beach is black sand, meaning it gets hot. The casa was equipped with beach chairs which made the experience more pleasant. There is shade on the beach, but very limited. We found a small tree just near the beach entrance that was perfect! We liked Potrero beach early in the morning and for sunset, but preferred the nearby white sand beach of Playa Penca (5-10 minute by car) for the peak of the day. There was some minor work being performed on the adjacent property, but it was pretty low-key quiet and didn't bother us much. Kenneth was a great host who was there to greet us and gave a superb recommendation for gelato nearby. The BEST. Would love to return here for Kenneth's place, the beach and more gelato!

An excellent place near beautiful beaches like Playa Junquillal, Playa Tamarindo, and Playa Grande. There are many local shops nearby. The house is located inside a condominium, so it’s very secure. The place is also very spacious. Luis was very helpful, responsive and respectful. I hope to go back someday!

Your house was beautiful. The house, along with brand new bathrooms and air conditioners were wonderful. The air conditioners worked excellent along with the ceiling fans and I am warm natured. I was always very comfortable. The setting was truly gorgeous. I won`t forget the priceless sunsets we watched most nights from the multiple decks or on the beach 150 steps away or the cliff above the beach. The neighborhood was gorgeous and extremely secure. You never had to worry about anything being in a locked gate community. Everything we needed was provided from pots and pans to an ice chest and chairs if you needed them. The pool was nice too and the surfboard shower. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was very nice. Everything about the house was ideal. Unfortunately I was at a large gathering before we came and got sick and brought it with me. We stayed inside a lot and got out when we were feeling up to it. Ron and Crysta were so helpful!!!

The place was perfect as expected, photos and descriptions. The view was wonderfull, direct on the beach. It was nice to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. We were 9 adultes, we all felt like at home. The host were exceptionel and always helpfull. Thanks for everything !

A Hidden Gem – 10/10! This place was our favorite stay in Costa Rica! The condo is beautiful, fully equipped, and right on the beach with stunning views—even from the balcony. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of seating to relax. Junquillal is a quiet, charming retreat. We mostly cooked at home, but there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Tamarindo is just 40 minutes away, perfect for day trips. The condo includes boogie boards, surfboards, and beach gear. The surfboards were a bit advanced for us, but the amazing property manager delivered a foam board—such a highlight! Perfect surf out back, poolside afternoons, and sunset walks filled with seashells made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend—worth booking! We’ll be back!

Wonderful view of the water from the moment you walk in the front door! We didn’t get tired of looking at the water or listening to the waves on the large deck. We traveled with another couple and there was plenty of space for everyone. Although we didn’t cook in, it appeared there were ample plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pans, etc. There was a coffee maker, microwave and a blender, but no toaster. The beds in all rooms were firm. The white sand beach in Flamingo is beautiful and my favorite in Costa Rica. The town of Flamingo has several restaurants/bars and the Flamingo marina is also very close. You can walk to the beach, restaurants/bars and marina, but the condo is up a steep hill. We elected to rent a golf cart and were also able to see Potrero and Brasilito. I loved the location of the condo and we had a great time.

Angelica is a great host and always responded in a timely manner. I would only recommend that the TV and furniture could use an upgrade. This was our second time renting the condo and it was great. Hopefully back again next year.

The condo was very well equipped, everything you would need in the kitchen was there. The sunset view is perfect. The beach and pool were ideal. The other residents in the building were friendly. The area is walkable, probably didn’t need a rental car, but it was nice to have for excursions. I spoke with the host, Christian, exclusively and he was always very responsive when anything came up. I felt very safe there with just me and my daughter.

We had a wonderful stay! The layout was perfect for us with a fantastic view of the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed as we had inhouse chef for three of our nights. We would stay here again. The condo had all the qualities we were looking for.

Great condo, we had everything we needed. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. The complex is really nice with a beautiful pool that we enjoyed daily.

This condo is amazing!! My husband and I visited for a week and stayed in this condo for our honeymoon. There was fairly easy access down stairs to the beach and the views and pool were wonderful! Was very cozy and peaceful. Kitchen was stocked with what you need for cooking and bed was comfortable! Jennifer was helpful arranging for us to have a golf cart, helped set up airport transport, and helped book a crocodile river monkey tour for us. We also did the lazy lizard catamaran which was easy for us to book! We hope to visit again. Pura vida!
