Condo holiday rentals in Las Catalinas

The condo was clean and comfortable. Loved being g by the pool and the beach. My daughter and I had a very relaxing vacation.

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

We would love to stay here again when visiting Costa Rica! Ron is a wonderful host with great recommendations and help when needed. The location is great, beach is beautiful, easy to walk to restaurants, market and town area. We felt very safe and enjoyed meeting others staying at the complex. Thank you for the wonderful amenities for the beach as well! Pura Vida!

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

Great stay, spacious, comfortable and good location apartment. The infinity pool is beautiful. We saw a lot of animals, including parrots, monkeys and gray foxes (very rare in the Region) Great for guests With a car We felt safe and the owners were responding quickly. I absolutely recommend it!

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.

I was very impressed with the communication and response when needed. The place was terrific. Just as described. Would absolutely recommend the condo.

We liked the complex which offers privacy despite the proximity to the city. It's great because everything is within walking distance! Grocery store, several good restaurants, sports bars, beach! We enjoyed the pool of the complex as well. I would highly recommend this apartment in Playa Del Coco! The host offered us great references!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our stay: the cleanliness, the space and the superb location. If you want to be convenient to everything, this is your spot! Joe was wonderful to communicate with and our stay was just great.

We loved staying at this location, it had everything that could be offered for a comfortable beach stay. Three people slept very comfortably. The staff of the property were very accommodating and went the extra mile.

Beautiful views, even better than pictured, great location, and Lewis provided everything needed for a great beach day. The sunrises are absolutely amazing and the waves are calmer than at other beaches.

We had a great time. Kenneth was always quick to respond. He provides clear instructions how to access the property. It is safe and secure. Close to the beaches and amenities. There are plenty fruit and vegetables vendors walking distance away and many super markets close by. The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils you’d need. There are two large cooler bags and cooler packs available, great for day trips. Beds were comfy. Would come and stay again!

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view! A short walk to the beach and some local shops - it is a steep hill, but there are stairs. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and friendly. There was more than enough room for our family of four. When we needed assistance with an air conditioner, Floribeth was quick to respond, and had a repair person there in no time - problem fixed immediately. We were not planning on returning to Costa Rica, but after our stay, we fell in love with the area and people, and can't wait to return. Floribeth gave us precise directions, found it right away. You will not want to leave here. Thank you Floribeth!!

Slim's condo in Brasilito was the perfect getaway for Mark and I. Everything was outstanding...from the location, cleanliness, and spacious unit. it exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was within walking distance which was perfect as we didn't rent a car. The beach was beautiful and we explored the other beaches close by also. You could not ask for a better host. All of our messages were responded to in a timely manner. We felt very safe and cared for throughout our stay and would highly recommend staying there.

Awesome location, responsive host, we really enjoyed our stay! The pools and Pina Shack on property offered great options, there were restaurants and supermarkets close by, and the beach club made for an awesome afternoon. Great value!

Just stayed at Kevin’s place for a week. Perfect location for a family trip. Lots to do poolside or at the beach and several awesome restaurants close by!

We couldn’t be more pleased to give a great review…it was absolutely perfect for us: private, well-stocked with the basics and comforts of home, walkable to beach and shops/restaurants, great pool, responsive hosts and lovely neighbours. We feel lucky to have landed here!

One of the better AirBnB experiences I've had! My group agreed that the condo was even nicer than it looked in pictures, including private interior spaces and pool and common areas. In my group we had two couples and myself, and although I was destined for the sofa bed (at 6'0) I found it to be pretty comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Francesco’s Airbnb! The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach. The pool was also great, as we had it to ourselves most days. We felt very safe throughout our stay and would highly recommend!

We had no issues and the place was wonderful. It’s in a quiet area that also isn’t far from beaches and restaurants. The hosts were detailed and responsive.
