The property is disinfected after each rental. It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old as the garden is on a trellis. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

Calm, serenity and nature.

You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a shower room and a new kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

Beautiful studio with terrace at the foot of the Albères

Come and relax in this peaceful and comfortable property. A large studio (35 m2, completely separate and with its own entrance from the house which it was once part of), located right in the heart of the village and within 200m distance to shops and restaurants. The studio has its own private terrace and no immediate neighbours, providing a beautiful view onto the Albère mountains. Perfectly situated for hiking (just a few minutes' walk away) and with beaches accessible in just 10 mins by car!

This listing is located in a very quiet place close to the start of the hiking trails. Close to the center of the village of Laroque des Albères, and restaurants and shops, come and spend a pleasant stay in this independent apartment just 15 minutes from the beaches. Tranquil area with easy walks in many directions. Wonderful pool to relax in, clean, comfortable apartment with a wide terrace for bbq, eating out etc. Jeremy is a very helpful and willing host - I only regret not writing down the name of the wine he offered, as it was quite delicious. Laroque des Albères itself is a pretty village with numerous places to eat and hang out, and there's so much to see and do in the general area it's hard to fit it all in - you can't, so we'll have to come back! Thanks, Jeremy.

Dream view over vineyards & sea, pool, tennis

We had a lovely stay. Those views! We never got tired of them! The only slight negative was the weather, which was a bit disappointing. In the afternoon, on the sunny days the terrace didn't get the sun until late afternoon, by which time the wind was pretty strong!

Very nice and inviting, quietly located small house in the heart of Laroque-des-Albères with a delightful terrace. Corinne is a wonderful, very attentive and very nice host, communication has always worked out excellently. Everything was very well thought out and lovingly furnished - we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Our dog also enjoyed it very much. Several very nice restaurants nearby, sea and mountains easily accessible - simply fantastic☺️! Thank you very much, Corinne☺️!

We loved our stay at Laroque des Alberes at Dawn's place. Recommended! Beautiful home in the center, well maintained and perfect as described. Upon arrival everything was neat, a nice start of our vacation. Pleasant pool, the pool boy has been by 2x during our 10 day stay. Only point for improvement is a working BBQ, this gives the summer vacation an extra summer punch. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay, the location is right in Laroque des Alberes and the bakery, butcher, and small epicerie for grocery basics was a stones throw away. The unit we had is one of three attached townhouses, each with its own outdoor area and yard. The upstairs area is set up as a second living room, a place to read or relax. This floor also has a second complete shower room. Laroque is a wonderful peaceful village with several nice restaurants and hiking trails that leave directly from the village. We loved the area, there is so much to see and do we will go back!
