We had a great stay in this villa, plenty of room for 6 of us and bedrooms were good size. The welcome pack of food was a great touch. Very easy handover at start and finish

Aris was absolutely fabulous, helped us even prior to arrival with things such as car hire companies. He was waiting with a big smile and gave us a full tour and recommendations of places to visit and eat. The house had everything we needed, from a chess board to a washing machine. It’s a home from home. The location of the house was perfect, we pretty much had that section of the beach to ourselves. He even came over and taught my brother how to make a traditional souvlaki on the barbecue provided. Aris was very keen to hear what needed improvement or things he could add, but we struggle to find anything. Thank you so much Aris! We had an amazing time in your beautiful home x

The listing is as described in the photos. There are a lot of villas in the area, but the area is very quiet. I recommend a rental car because otherwise it is difficult to get into the accommodation. Some restaurants are close by 5 min drive. The nearest large supermarket is about 15 minutes away. The property is about 10 minutes from Larnaca airport, but you can hardly hear any airplane noise. The property is 2 minutes from the beach. Highlight of the villa is the large pool and the gas grill for a BBQ. Savass was accessible at all times and responded quickly. I would recommend this villa.

Jo and Kyriakos were extremely friendly right from the start. The house was as described and in my opinion better than the photos on the listing itself. The house is in a very private location with beautiful natural scenery all around. The house was in a very good location if you have a car. The swimming pool was fantastic! Finally, having Jo and/or Kyriakos close by, available on a short term notice, was extremely helpful. Jo's recommendations and local knowledge were extremely helpful! Thank you and looking forward to staying here in the future.

Beautiful view! Could do with a few more kitchen amenities, but aside that, wonderful stay. Polina was brilliant and super helpful.

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

Excellent villa at a beautiful location in Cyprus. Check in was very easy and the communication with Manos from MAZ was very straighforward. I highly recommend this accomodation.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

One of the best Airbnb we've had so far. The villa looks really nice from the outside. Parking is on the street or on the property, under the carport, no problem. Just as beautiful from the inside. Large kitchen, dining room and a small living room, with a TV (we didn't use it at all, were just outside in the garden). The garden is great. Large pool, sun beds, a barbecue. You didn't miss anything. Garden is also well fenced that you have your privacy. In each bedroom there is a Kilma, which is very important especially in the summer. Ordering food via Wolt worked out great. Diana was always super friendly and also asked in the beginning if everything was okay. Also lucky that we were not allowed to check out until 4pm instead of 10am :) You can really hear the street as mentioned in the other review. But you can do it with earplugs. There is also a bowling train nearby, where you can hear the people, especially on weekends.

Amazing mansion! I highly recommend it! I want this house for my home! Perfect decor,comfortable all the spaces of the house with a lovely fireplace and pool. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed even coffee. Andria was very helpful for what we needed, even where to go to dinner. We were big with a kid and had a great time! This house is unfair from the photos. I've come summer and winter, and I'll definitely be back! Thanks for everything!!!

A very pleasant experience. The house is spotless, clean and well-equipped. The pool and yard are amazing with a partial view of the sea. A wide yard invites you to play sports in the evening. Quick check-in and check-out, and of course Lefteris was available for any request.

We had a quiet relaxing time at Alan‘s beautiful home, Costa was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We warmly recommend this place for families and friends

The house is typical of the area, well renovated, super pretty. The outdoor area with the covered terrace, bougainvillea and pool is fantastic. The house is divided into 2 units of 2 guests. Since there were 3 of us, we had all the space to ourselves.

The villa is beautiful with a fantastic pool, in a quiet, private location with plenty of bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We didn't feel overlooked by anyone. Location is nice and central, short drive to shops, restaurants and the beaches in Larnaca as well as a 3 minute drive from Zorbas bakery. Yvonne was an exceptional host!! She communicates clearly and quickly and was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Overall I can't recommend the experience highly enough.
