This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

In a quiet hamlet overlooking Chabreloche you will have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sheltered terrace. a large play area (ping pong, foosball) THE HEATED POOL is ACCESSIBLE from EASTER to ALL SAINTS'. The cottage's neighbours: our two donkeys, Câline and Noisette, love cuddles.
