Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). Hyvät mahdollisuudet kalastukseen, marjastukseen, pyöräilyyn, golfiin, hiihtämiseen jne. Ympärivuoden käytössä oleva ulkoporeallas, soutuvene, 2 SUP lautaa ja 2 kajakkia ovat vapaasti vuokralaisten käytössä.

Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) The short sofa is not suitable for sleeping. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & sauna, big balcony furnished and cosy to cool off after the sauna add luxury. This is a non-smoking apartment.

(In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
