The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

The tiny home also has everything you need for a wood-burning sauna, we'll help you with sauna heating, wifi. The big windows offer a beautiful view of the lake and the northern sky. This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Cosy Studio

Peacefully located Alpine cabin, main house is on the 2nd floor. Downstairs is a cosy 35m2 studio with own entrance and spacious parking for the guests to use. The location of the cabin is between Levi Fell and Kätkä Fell and the view from the studio is towards Kätkä Fell. Your hostesses are Tarja and Scott and we live upstairs and are happy to help you with anything and any questions you might have. We speak fluent English and Finnish.

Garden Cottage 29 - Wood Heated Sauna & Parking

Our Garden Cottage is a cute cottage of 36 m2 + an attic for extra sleeping space. There is a wood heated sauna, a traditional stove and a small kitchen with basic utensils. We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
