A cosy, compact and ecological mini-home is located by the lake in a genuine and ordinary small village in Lapland. The mini-home has everything you need, including a wood-fired sauna. We will help you heat the sauna if you wish, and there is Wi-Fi. The large windows offer a beautiful view of the lake and the northern sky. This mobile mini-home is also well suited for a longer stay, so the accommodation itself is an experience. Hot tub for an additional fee. The hot tub is not available in winter.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

The super popular Äijäkoira's unique cabin in Kilpisjärvi! Ideal for couples, the cottage has views of Kilpisjärvi. The store and restaurant are 1.5 km away. The cottage has underfloor heating. The kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, oven/stove, range hood and refrigerator. Pre-made beds, towels and final cleaning included. Please note! The upstairs sleeping area is less than 120 cm high, so the property is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility! Also, the stairs are not child-safe.

The cabin lies on an island, the last part needs to be walked over the ice (safe from mid-December till April) or rowed with our small rowing boat (included).
