Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

This is the perfect city getaway where you can experience your own private finnish sauna, relax and perhaps see the northern lights from the private balcony. Apartment has a large sofa where you can relax while watching Smart TV. Neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. Interior is modern and made with love. Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.
