Welcome to our beautiful holiday home Villa Caravaggio. Villa Caravaggio is a 200 year old rustico that has recently been rebuilt and made in to three separate ground floor apartments. Villa Caravaggio is nestled between the beautiful scenic country side of Campofilone and the endless beaches of the Adriatic cost. The Villa is surrounded by old olive trees, vineyards and pristine farm land. Villa Caravaggio is only 3 km away from numerous beaches, idyllic towns, restaurants and promenades.

The 400 year old Hay-barn, with sauna

An open-plan ecological cottage located on a quiet country lane which was the first Roman road in the area. With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire.

The apartment that will welcome you, spacious and bright, is located on the first floor of a renovated historic villa among the Marche hills, just outside the center of Fermo. The windows open to a wide hillside view, which will give you suggestive sunsets. The strategic location will allow you to comfortably reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast, the historic Piazza del Popolo di Fermo, many of the "most beautiful villages in Italy" and the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

The country farm, surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old oaks, will be all for you just 25 minutes from the sea and an hour from the Sassotetto ski slopes. Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

Our charming cottage is on a top of a hill very close (5 mins drive) to the beach of Pedaso, arts and culture of Fermo, restaurants and dining in Campofilone, Grottammare, Cupra, Porto San Giorgio. You’ll love our place for the light, the coziness, the beautiful views of the sea, the hills and countryside, the mountains, its true peacefulness. Our place is good for couples, artists and writers, bikers and solo adventurers. We speak fluently English, French, Italian.

We would be delighted to host you in our flat of about 70 square metres, completely autonomous, 100% electric and independent adjacent to our home. The property, with a large garden, is located 30 minutes from the mountains and 15 minutes from the sea, immersed in the fermano hills. The Tavignano estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, within the famous DOC of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, between the valleys of the river Esino and the Musone on one side, and between the Apennines and the sea on the other side. From the highest promontory of the Estate dominates the manor house, which houses the barrique, the family house, and an elegant Guest House.
