Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.

We had an amazing long weekend here! The apartment was perfect, had all the essentials and was spotlessly clean. The host Paulina was amazing, she very kindly arranged our airport transfers for us and greeted us on arrival. The apartment is in the most perfect spot in the mountains with incredible views, just a short walk down to plenty of restaurants and just a short 10 min bus to Dubrovnik old town. Would absolutely come back !

Paulo’s place was perfect for our first stay in the Dubrovnik area. It is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to relax! We used Uber to get around. It was easy and convenient for our stay. Paulo was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed and we loved his restaurant recommendations! Our favorite part about Paulo’s place were the lush outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. I would definitely consider Paulo’s place again, if I’m in the area.

Maro’s place was even better than expected. We loved the quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas, but still very accessible to everything we wanted to do. The apartment is modern, squeaky clean, and the beautiful patio space was the perfect place to start and end the day. Maro and his wife have thought of every single detail—this was not just a stay, but an experience. We hope to return and stay here again!

We had a great time here. Davorka was extremely helpful finding us somewhere to leave the hire car whilst we checked in. It was a great location, walkable to Lapad beach/restaurants and easy buses every 10 minutes to the Old City. Clean, well equipped apartment. Would stay here again.
