My apartment (60 m²) is situated directly in the city center, in a hip district Mariahilfer. While it is centrally located, it is very quiet and has a big terrace with a garden- oasis of calm. It´s great location will bring you within couple of minutes walking distance to the famous shopping street Mariahilferstr., to the Musemsquartier (home to a range of installations with large art museums like the Leopold Museum or the MUMOK), to the Parliament, Townhall, Hofburg, Opera House etc.

This lovely, classically furnished apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) in a typical Viennese house, it is spacious, light-flooded, with a very cozy atmosphere.
