The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with a dog kennel that belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high overlooking hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan". In the house, all the old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palm trees and olive trees with terrace and Jacuzzi.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature.
