Enjoy this spacious room with attached private full bath (this space is completely separate from main house). Our guests say the queen size bed is comfy. There is a desk, Mini Fridge, Keurig, and microwave. The small table and chairs indoors can be used for eating or playing games. Enjoy your morning coffee on the side deck. The back yard is fenced for privacy and we love pets. You will have your own private entrance with keypad at the back of the house. The backyard shared w/ kids & dog.

Retreat on the Grand River, Very Close to Lansing

This is a very comfortable, somewhat whimsical art-filled property on the Grand River. Airbnb staff recommended describing the space as a "secondary unit" of an "entire place." More accurately, it's the entire lower level of a home 20 minutes from the Lansing airport, downtown Lansing, and MSU. There are two large spacious bedrooms, full kitchen and appliances, and very large home theater/dining/recreation area. Gardens surround the home, and occasionally you may see a variety of animals.

This cozy little house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything! Downtown Lansing, the airport, MSU, shopping centers and lots of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. There are two bedrooms upstairs along with a pull out couch. An additional bedroom is downstairs with an egress window. Two full bathrooms on the main floor. Our guesthouse is the entire first floor of the carriage house. In 1897, the building housed the horse drawn carriage. Since then it’s been remodeled and houses the inn. It's quiet, cozy, and feels like you're at a beach-side cottage. The quarters include a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, laundry, living/dining room, and patio w/ a privacy gate. These amenities aren't shared. The Carriage House also has another guest space. Both are independent including separate entries.

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. Downtown Lansing, Sparrow hospital are 5 Minutes Away. 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, SEE RULES NOTE..THIS HOUSE IS ON THE RIVER..we get lots of critters around.
