Exceptional villa, we had a wonderful stay. The villa is very clean, perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. The pool is very nice. The place is peaceful. In short, a perfect stay for families!

Very good stay in the villa offered by Stéphanie! Faithful to the photos and description, very well equipped, down to the smallest details (dishwasher tablet, garbage bag, washing machine tablet, mosquito repellent, etc.). We stayed there for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 1 and a half, everything went very well! The villa is very well located, with the possibility of doing activities nearby (boat day, walk to the marina, visit Creole village, etc.) great! Accommodation that I obviously recommend! We had a great time at Steffi and Johannes's villa. The house is spacious, thoughtfully designed, nicely decorated, and we immediately felt at home. The pool is really nice and the views are stunning. The location is ideal for discovering Martinique, and the wifi was perfect for the video, which was a real plus for us. Steffi and Johannes were adorable, very welcoming and always available if we needed anything. A big thank you to them, we'll be happy to come back!

Great location on a very quiet street, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the center of the town. The place and the pool were spotless. A street parking space in front of the house was available for us throughout the stay. We stayed with a small 4-month-old baby and had everything we needed (crib, mosquito net, etc.). Véronique who took care of us was adorable and very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return.

We spent 8 nights in the house with our young children. The house is located in a quiet, safe area and allows absolute tranquility. The house is far from shops, however it has exceptional views of the sea, the village and the mountains. Highlights: - Very responsive host and concierge service and they give good advice and small touches - The house is clean and offers an open air concept to the garden sea view +++ - Very comfortable bedding and extra cute bathroom adjacent to each bedroom - The pool and the sea view is even more beautiful in person! - Very quiet area allowing nights of sleep to the sounds of waves and sounds of nature. To be considered: To get to the house, you have to use a rather bumpy dirt/stone path - we strongly suggest renting a small SUV. However, a real road seemed to be under construction during our stay!

Great host! The house is very well divided with private sections for each guest. The kitchen is super well equipped, the view is magnificent, just minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this house!

This is a very nice villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to radiate. The accommodation and amenities are as described. The garden and carbet allow you to enjoy life outside. The pool, although not big, is a real relaxing pleasure. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system

We had a great time at Solange's place. The house is very well located for a holiday in the south of Martinique. Jordana's place is a gem. The well thought layout, the beautiful and functional design provided a calm and great base to discover Martinique for our family. The nearby beach is scenic. Very quiet place with breathtaking ocean views. The infinity pool brings a lot of fun and relaxation. Well located between the north and south of the island. Thank you to our wonderful hosts and also for the little extra gifts on arrival.

Small house in the very pretty residence. Matches the description. The beach just opposite is not very busy but the sea is a little rougher. The snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

We had a great holiday in this great spacious accommodation. The pool is a real plus that makes holidays and evenings pleasant. Beautiful trees and flowers are around, it is a quiet and discreet place. The accommodation is well furnished, air-conditioned, complete with equipment. Two very small things that could possibly be changed but do not hinder the use of the accommodation in any way: one of the bathrooms is extremely small, put a glass between the shower and the toilet? And change the mattress in the master bedroom, which is starting to get old :) But otherwise, we remember only the positive, the calm, the space, the relaxation and very good communication with the host! And very good guavas, thank you!
