Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lannion

Very nice place everything was available . Free bus connection to the center of Perres Guirec is only a few minutes walk away from the property which leaves every 15 minutes until 24:00. Soon also a large new supermarket which is also within walking distance. There is also a small skate park in the immediate vicinity that our children liked to visit with their scooter. Very nice wooden terrace with charcoal grill and accessories. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of kitchen materials, even a raclette grill was available. 2 x coffee machines pods and sieve carriers available. Large fridge with big icebox . A hair dryer that we were missing was brought to us immediately by the host and communication was super easy via the Airbnb app. A place to stay the way you want it.

We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

We spent 2 nights in April with our 2 infants at Sabrina and Jean-Pierre who are responsive and welcoming hosts. We particularly appreciated the little touches for the children and the tips for activities to discover near their home. We feel that Sabrina and Jean-Pierre take a taste for hosting and adapt the accommodation according to the profiles welcomed. Our short stay despite the dreary weather was very nice. The little extra: the walled garden and swings for children!

We had a wonderful week at the Domaine du Puits de Jeanne run by Alain and his partner. We were welcomed with great care and kindness. We enjoyed the products of the hostel. All in a charming setting, in this charming and very well-equipped old stone house. We'll be back with pleasure to enjoy the hot tub. Thank you very much Alain for hosting us and see you soon.

Very nice house in a beautiful and calm location. Great view on the bay of Saint-Jean from the big window in the living room. Very well equiped, especially in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi and sauna. Host was very responsive and friendly.

We just had a pleasant stay with the family, there are 14 of us. The house is spacious with its 7 bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden is very well furnished with lots of games for children; the most, it's on the hot tub and pool. Natalia is very friendly and very available. We are next to the pink granite coast where there are lovely walks to do. This is a nice place to remember. I recommend it.

House perfect for a stay for families or friends. Very quiet area, not overlooked, with a perfectly exposed terrace, and 5 minutes from the beach (sand).

Our stay was nothing short of magical. Waking up to the panoramic sea views was a dream, and being just a short stroll from the beach made it feel like a true escape. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably maintained — every detail feels thoughtful and high-end. We especially loved the heated pool and spa — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the coast. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return. It was a pleasure to stay in Jérôme Pierre Henri's house. The location, so close to the coast, is very well located. The view from the upper deck is, as our host mentioned, beautiful. The house is large, pleasant and very well-equipped. The only concern, but not much is the network which is really very bad but.... for disconnection, it's the best!!! I think I would go back because, in addition to the house, the Armor coastline allows for very nice walks and, a week, it's definitely not enough to fully enjoy it. A big thank you to our host for his kindness and responsiveness as well as for the "little extra" at the end of the rental.

Yann's villa is really a peaceful place, with all the comforts and really very pleasant. Finally, it only has one flaw, it's that you feel so good there that you don't want to leave!!! I recommend it.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is very nice and the views are incredible. The hot tub is a real plus. An ideal place to cut the weekend.

A real little corner of paradise for young and old: nature, beautiful environment, simplicity, friendliness... animals for the greatest happiness of children and a swimming pool where you can have fun with the family. We enjoyed the tranquility of the lodge facing the donkeys. The hosts Fabrice and Lili gave us lots of recommendations for visits, restaurants and nice corners. They are very welcoming and very helpful. Thank you to them for this timeless moment.

Great stay in this bungalow in the middle of nature! The proximity to the dwarf goats is a beautiful experience, as is the Finnish spa! Communication with our hosts was very good! The place is quiet and soothing, we highly recommend it for resting! 🐐
