Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Look forward to relaxing days in a lovingly furnished apartment and smell the good forest air, near Bad Leonfelden. The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive forest walk or one of the numerous hiking routes in the nearby area. You share the main entrance with us and our Labrador Paco. Our chats

Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.
