We enjoyed our time. There was a hiccup with check in and Jean was incredibly responsive in helping us navigate a locked gate and gain access to the house. We had heavy wind one day while we were away from the house and Jean reached out promptly to provide us instruction on the use of the shutters (which is a new house item for us). We loved the walk to the English Channel, the quietness of the street, and the cute bakeries in town. Very quaint, and about 35-60 minutes from all D-day attractions. Only thing that was odd to us was the room on the lower level had a smaller bed than the upstairs. My wife and I didn’t realize this until after our kids settled in. It was our oversight-but thought I would mention. We highly recommend! It was excellent!

Fantastic location – very peaceful cottage and although the weather, perhaps predictably for Normandy, was not the best, we still enjoyed ourselves enormously over Christmas

Great location for Cabourg beach and town, proximity to Caen ferry easy for UK visitors. Road a little noisy out front but it was a French National Holiday so busier than usual. Lovely layout, good kids games/puzzles. Netflix also a bonus. Good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!

Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!

We loved Manon's cottage from the moment we saw it. It's full of character with quirky beams and it was quiet and private, with a huge garden front and back. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. Can't fault it, and would recommend to everyone!

It is not easy to find accommodation for a family or friends reunion. Everything is there here. Number of rooms and beds, recreational facilities for children and adults, crockery, seats all in number for a large group. It's clean. My garden is nice, like the house. Thanks again for this weekend!

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Sandra was an excellent host and made our stay so easy. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

an absolute favourite! I often travel with my dog, I have stayed in Airbnbs but this one is at the top of the list. Not only for the setting, the location, the quiet, the accommodation which is already remarkable. But beyond that, everything was thought out in detail, the host is welcoming and responsive. Available, the essentials, coffee, salt, pepper, shower gel. We even have essential oils for the sauna if you want. Sauna and Nordic bath prepared nicely by the host in addition before our return to the accommodation. The garden is enclosed, which is ideal for animals. I've never seen an Airbnb as good as this one, thank you for the comfort and the good times.

I would 100% recommend this listing. Celine our host was responsive and very friendly. All the instructions were clear and the listing matches the photos and our expectations. Very well located and very well equipped, we were with small children, we had everything we needed. Thank you very much for this Norman break in this very nice setting.

An excellent stay in an exceptional setting. Located near the Houlgate Golf Course, this peaceful haven offers many activities on site (darts, table football, table tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pinball, billiards, karaoke). The perfect place for an EVG or a multi-activity stay with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to Houlgate for walks on the beach!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Karine's service: very welcoming host, nice and spacious mobile home, very well equipped +++, everything is there and everything is thought of, including the baby night light, coffee capsules, tea, paper consumables, hygiene products... nothing to say and above all very clean. This mobile home is a real haven of peace and we had a pleasant stay outside school holidays, very relaxing with my baby and my elderly mother. Classy, clean and quiet campsite. The place was FANTASTIC!! Only suggestion to host would be a second set of towels, and extra paper products. ie paper towels/toilet paper.

🌿This step-free home was perfect for our winter vacation: a haven of peace, bathed in calm with a lot of comfort. The place was even more amazing than the description & photos, we were delighted with our choice to recharge with our children and dog. Impeccable ✨cleanliness, very comfortable bedding. We had not opted for the sheets in additional service, but have no doubt that it is prepared with profesionalism as for everything else. Good quality duvets and pillows were available to install our own sheets. Quality kitchen equipment Very nice 🏠location, and offers direct beach access, surrounded by incredible architectures along the walkway. 🚗 during this time, we had easily found an alley spot 100 m away. very weak phone 🛜 reception in these places, but the internet wifi of the accommodation makes it possible to fill this lack. 🙏For this perfect set, thank you ✨

We booked for the weekend of the ascension, Isabelle was very responsive to questions about our arrival, our stay and our departure. The studio is very functional, especially very clean and tidy. We had a lovely weekend. We recommend Isabelle and her studio 100%. Sylvie and Olivier

Impeccable house, all comforts, including a very pleasant winter garden in case of rain to enjoy the outdoors. It is also ideally located, beaches, shops and restaurants within walking distance (5-10 minutes). All this in a region to discover or rediscover especially for history buffs.

My stay at Estelle's went very well. I immediately felt comfortable there. She welcomed me as soon as I arrived, and I knew that if I needed her help for anything, she was there. The location is superb, a few minutes from the sea and the apartment is very well and nicely equipped. A princess bed… thank you Estelle!

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.
