Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! The cottage sits together with our house on the short side and is protected without direct transparency from us. You have your own patio with barbecue in a secluded location. The cottage is located in a lush garden with an apple grove and a forest area. Perfect for two adults or the small family.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.
