The open-plan living area is designed in classic Viennese style with a double bed (1.80 x 2 metres), comfortable sofa bed and smart TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can try out our Viennese recipes, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee rituals.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station.
