The apartment is about 23 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance. We have furnished it comfortably with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a closet and a sitting area. A small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster is at your disposal. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
