The holiday apartment is located between Gesäuse National Park and the Limestone Alps. Ski resorts nearby in winter. In summer, there are hiking trails, cycling paths and an outdoor pool nearby (100 m) for families with children. Completely self-contained with a private entrance, terrace and parking space right outside the door. Barbecue facilities. Carport for motorbikes. Bicycle for young children. Bedroom: Double bed and sofa bed. Pets are welcome. There is a large garden right in front of the apartment. Kitchen-living room and bathroom.

An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

The eco-friendly mini wooden house on the banks of the Enns was designed by artist and mountain hiking guide Susanne Posegga and lovingly built by hand.
