Spring at The Beach House is very special. Relaxing after returning from a game of golf or tennis or a walk along the beach or the river you can enjoy the stunning views from the verandahs while relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.The wildflowers are spectacular! Recently renovated in a style which combines the essence of a shabby chic beach cottage with the Hamptons and provincial France this lovely house offers a location which is only a 3 minute walk to the ocean and the river.

An older (1970s) style beach cottage walking distance to bakery, shops. 600 metres to beach. Safe beaches protected by a reef. Fishing off the jetty or beach. Jetty is 1km. Sand dunes easy access 2km. Off road parking for three cars. Suitable yard for small children or small dogs. Quiet part of town safe residental. 2 hour drive from airport on sealed roads. Try the Endeavour Tavern or the 3 Emus. 15 minute walk. maybe a pizza. Watch the beautiful sunsets. Try a coffee in town. Free wifi.

House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Located in a quiet beachside suburb , 300m to the ocean just a short stroll down the hill. This fully independent flat has its own private access, it is located behind the triple garages with a private entrance to the left hand side of the property. Air conditioning , lounge , bedroom , kitchen and bathroom . Adjacent to our main family home it's very modern with great public transport locally to the rail and bus system. Please note this is no smoking and has only 1 car space available

Lancelin Beach Cottage

Our cottage is a couple's retreat, situated just metres from the beach at the end of the street. It's new, beautifully decorated and full of light. We've provided all the comforts of home and if you need anything else we're never very far away. We are within walking distance to the shops, The Angling Club and The Tavern with it's beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your pet in The Cottage.

Stylishly renovated in late 2020 you will find our fully self-contained studio to be comfortable and the perfect place for you and your partner to relax and enjoy what Lancelin has to offer. Our Seaside Studio is located at the rear of our beachside home.

Coasters Cottage nestled between the sand and sea

Set in a town bountiful in adventure, Coasters captures the restoration needed after a day of waves, 4wd adventures or just a rest from the day to day. This tree bounded property is a few mins walk to the bay, the sand dunes and the Lancelin Sands/Three Emus Restaurant. This original beach house has 4 bedrooms over two levels with the main kitchen on the upper floor. We hope you love Coasters Cottage as much as we do.

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean.
