Rural location with double room & private bathroom
Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. Also, continental breakfast is available for an additional charge.

An old converted police station.
Enjoy the warm welcome to my interesting home. The house is part of a conversion from the police station. It is a warm and peaceful home with interesting art books and music. Your room is large and comfortable with a TV. All surfaces are cleaned with rubbing alcohol. You are welcome to use my small garden which was the police yard. A light continental breakfast with good coffee is provided. In addition you can also book a reiki /crystal session for deep relaxation.

We're Karen and Phil, together with our 30 year old son we have lived in our beautiful 5 bedroom Victorian home for 27 years. It was built in 1895 and retains most of its original stunning features! We are conveniently situated 15 min drive from Manchester city centre. The Metrolink is 5 minutes walk away which will take you north, south, east & west of Manchester...including the Manchester Arena and the airport. The M60 - J17 is half a mile away.

Close to all north west motorways. Royton has numerous bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Nice, clean fresh room with an adjacent bathroom. King size bed. Perfect for walkers and cyclists
Our home (that we also live in) is a converted barn with huge exposed oak beams and two guest bedrooms in Hawkswick (your booking is for one of these rooms - there is an additional cost if you want 2 rooms) - a small, hidden gem in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Listen to the river and owls at night, then in the morning take the footpath over the fell to Kettlewell.
