Holiday rentals with beach access in Lancashire

We had the pleasure of staying at Dale’s newly renovated one-bedroom flat for three nights. The flat boasts a beautifully presented kitchen and a luxurious bathroom featuring double marble bowl sinks and a spacious wet room. The large bedroom with high ceilings added to the sense of openness and comfort. The location was exceptionally quiet, situated on the top floor, making it feel as though we were the only ones in the building. Dale welcomed us with fresh roses and a bottle of red wine, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to our stay. As an interior designer myself, I particularly appreciated the careful selection of this freshly renovated period building with its high ceilings and attention to detail. Shops were within walking distance for a quick coffee run, though Dale had thoughtfully provided a Nespresso machine in the flat. We enjoyed short walk to the beach and suffice to say, Dale’s impeccable attention to detail made this stay truly memorable

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and i love a walkin shower/wet room. You were right about how hot it gets upstairs and I found putting the screen across the front in the morning. This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

We had an amazing stay, the place was incredible with everything you needed and plenty of space. Also Sally was super helpful giving updates before and throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here looking for a beachside getaway

I stayed for a month and all the amenities fulfilled that length of time. Angela knows everything about the area and has a lovely pup that will visit you. it's about a 5-10 min walk into town, good for after a big dinner or a few beers. I'll stay again for sure.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. A well loved and super clean cottage in a surprisingly quiet part of Arnside. The garden is a little gem after a long day out in good weather. Thoroughly recommend and friends say I’m pretty fussy.

A perfect place to spend the weekend in. Easy check in and very clean inside. Everything available inside with nice and clean beds and furniture. Has plenty of parking around. Jules was the perfect host, responding very quickly to any questions or concerns. Would love to visit the again and stay at Jules’.

Huge house perfect for a large group. All the bedrooms are lovely and the whole house is very modern and nicely decorated. We really liked the separate kitchen, front room and dining room. Lots of space for eating meals together. The sofas and beds were very comfy and everyone was settled. It has everything you need. Parking was easy. Nice little outside space too. The location is great and the trams are convenient.

We have just got home from a FANTASTIC stay in this lovely house! We felt right at home and we loved it here! Plenty of space and things to do both within the home and out of the home! Everything was either walkable or able to get the tram! The hot tub was a hit with everyone kids included and it was a lovely evening dip for us adults when the breeze was there! The owners were always so helpful and had time to reply to my messages throughout the weekend! Thank you so much for this and I’m sure in the future we will return to one of your properties! ☺️❤️

Decent location, park down the bottom Of the road and nice little parade of shops near by with mini supermarket and great microbrewery. 30 mins walk from the seafront or 5 min drive/taxi. 2 good sized bedrooms and everything you need

Location location location!! Have spent many a stay in Lytham St Anne’s, this find was one of the best. The host Nikki and Luke and their children were very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The home was rather large with a lovely big living room over looking the beach where I would sit for many hours just watching the world go by. The master bedroom had the most comfy large bed (Super king size) we have slept in. The hot tub was extremely clean and lovely and warm. Access to the back garden is private from the kitchen and has a secure gate to ensure our furry friends were safe with the kitchen door open. Overall our 6 night stay was amazing, very relaxed and the best location for the beach, St Anne’s centre and a good leisurely walk along the beach into Lytham to sample a new find “Savannah's” restaurant. Would definitely recommend a stay with Nikki and Luke. 👍🏻

We found the perfect place to relax and live. Darren provided the most amazing accommodation with meticulous attention to detail. The treats he provided were very well received and it made life so easy. We will definitely return and until then want to say a huge thank you. It is like the Tardis,when you open the front door and realise how extensive the apartment is because from the front you assume it will be just a normal sized terraced house. Prepare to be amazed!

A fantastic flat in a great location- 100 yards from the Pleasure Beach and from the Tram stop, which made it so convenient, but in a quiet residential road. We parked our car on the drive (another real plus in Blackpool) and didn’t move it again as we went everywhere via tram. If you buy the Tram tickets on the app it is only £10 for two people for an all day ticket, meaning you can get on and off as often as you want. If we are ever back in Blackpool, we would stay here again. We can definitely recommend it.

Lovely spacious apartment, comfortable seating and bed

Amazing stay in a lovely home. Easy to get to Liverpool on the Mersey Rail and affordable Uber options too. The flat its self is well kept and nicely decorated, it was very comfortable and exceeded everything we needed for our weekend stay. 10/10 would recommend

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.

This was our first Air BnB stay! And what a great firat experiance for us 😃 Perfect location walking distance to everything we needed. The place was spotless. Comfy beds, great shower, it had everything we needed. Great little apartment and the kids had a great time.
