Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Please take note: There is a train that passes by periodically and can be loud. Parking space for 1 car in winter and 2 in summer months.
