Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.
