Beachfront holiday rental in Lamia

The apartment was very clean and had an incredible view of the sea... Mr. Nikos was very kind and direct in communication and in everything we needed... He also had a gift of difference snacks and made us feel comfortable... Thank you very much!!

We have never stayed in a place like Penelope and Konstantin. Exceeded all of our expectations, and that is despite reading previous reviews. The house is lovely, quiet, spotless, equipped above and beyond with everything we could think of, walking distance of about ten minutes from the village itself, on the seaside. Pleasure from arrival to departure. In all dilemmas there was an immediate and efficient response. We would definitely recommend to our friend and would love to come back ourselves to this lovely place.

Quiet place,a few steps from a pebble beach where you can find the shade of trees. A sea clean full of life. You can find peace here almost without people. Clean, well-equipped. Friendly Sofia with a positive attitude is always happy to help to give advice. We had a good time here.

Perfect place for a family that needs piece and quiet during their holiday. The property is spotless and well maintained. Rania as a host is brilliant always caring about us and always going the extra mile in case something is needed. For our family is a blessing to be able to go back to this property every year during the summer and create some amazing memories. Highly recommended for families.

Beautiful little house directly at the sea. The surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Beautiful and peaceful place. Away from the touristic hustle. Amazing view. It was so quiet we could hear the fish at night :) Perfect location for exploring the west and the south. It is a very nice place for two families, perfectly located near the sea. The house was fully equipped with all the accessories needed for families. There is a swimming pool in the premises for the kids as well. Everything in the neighborhood is accessible on foot (i.e. coffee, tavernas, sea). The Host was very kind and informed us for all the house facilities and the local points of interest. I fully recommend it for family vacations!

Beautiful and family stay at Giannis' house. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. You have the option to relax on the meadow in front of the sea and jump directly into the sea. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We spent a wonderful week in Maria's pretty house, in a peaceful environment with magnificent views of Amaliapoli Bay. We were greeted by Maria and Yannis, rare, exceptional, generous and welcoming hosts. Maria and Yannis shared the culture and history of the area, all in excellent French. We can only highly recommend Maria's house, even if we would like to keep it selfishly just for us!

It's a dream location with unforgettable views. A real oasis of relaxation we will definitely return to . The house very well located by the sea with direct exit to the water , the courtyard behind the house with a lot of shade . The house has about three terraces , we could never decide which one to stay at so nice and soothing was the view . The host Mirela was helpful to us every time we needed.

Searching for a peaceful place to just sit and feel the world turning ever so slowly, we found this one. It was farther than we wanted to drive, but the idea of our own slice of water and a secure place for the dog won out. We are glad we picked it. Penelope was a responsive host who answered all of our questions. The Nies Bay is as advertised. Quiet and private. We went for daily swims and sat or napped in the expansive outdoor space with its four olive trees and gazebo. We visited with a couple of stray cats. We didn't do much else. October is a slow time for the area, so the two nearby tavernas were only open on the weekend. This meant a 9-minute drive over the hill to Sourpi for a grocery store, two lovely coffee shops, a modern gyro place that opens at 7 p.m., and a taverna. The indoor bathroom is cramped and barely functional, though it was warm enough to shower outside. The two bedrooms are big enough with comfortable beds. The internet worked fine. There are zoned AC units.

Everything was what we needed for a two night stay to check out Delphi. Beach isn’t the nicest but the host recommended two great beaches nearby to go. Overall a great rental!

Clean, spacious, easy parking (we left the vehicle just below) and with a huge balcony overlooking the sea from its right. We visited it in March so we couldn't enjoy the extra amenities offered during the warm months without removing anything from the experience. Its large living room over the supervision of Pythia is ideal for a large group and its rooms, large and bright, for quiet rest. The service was immediate in everything we needed and the welcome definition of hospitality. Thank you for everything, Mr. Panayiotis, and I will see you again.

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

We had a great time!The stay was great as Isabella was flawless professional at everything!The access to the beach is just opposite the house and there is a tavern right next door. At a distance of 1.5 km there is the city of Erateini where it has everything.
