Recently built (June 2019), this modern and comfortable cottage offers a breathtaking view of the hills of Basse-Terre. You can relax by the pool and enjoy a large flower garden. Finally, discover the cuisine of the West Indies with the good dishes of the table d'hôte of Marie-Lyne, the owner of the site.

Come and spend your holidays in this beautiful accommodation nestled in a green setting, quiet and close to nature. Homemade breakfast included with rental. You will have all the comforts at your disposal as well as access to the pool and the gazebo. Ideally located on the island, you can move around easily (5 min from the waterfall with crayfish and hiking, 30 min from the Cousteau reserve, 20 min from the beaches of Gosier). The welcome will always be warm and discreet.

La kaz maroudin welcomes you to the center of the island. Ideally located 15 minutes from the beaches,from the airport,you can also enjoy the most beautiful waterfalls located in Basse Terre. For your comfort, the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned. One is equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, the second is a 90 x 190 bunk bed and a folding bed. You can also enjoy a bathroom with a large shower and a terrace with views of the mountains, in the quiet of the Basse Terre.

Ideally located in the municipality of Vieux Habitants between Bouillante and Basse Terre, my accommodation is close to La Grivelière, Grande Rivière, La Soufrière, and the Cousteau reserve. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to hiking, swimming in the river or Caribbean Sea. Every evening the sunset will be yours (180° sea view). Both typical and functional, my place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

Le quartier est résidentiel. Logement idéal pour un couple, possibilité d’accueillir un enfant.
