Best place to stay if you like to go walking to find tons of great restaurants and bars. Very close to supermarket options, pharmacy, and basic supplies. The flat is located in one of the trendiest districts of Asuncion. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation with attentive hosts. Everything we needed was provided. You can even see macaw parrots from the window — they sometimes land on a tree near the road. We especially enjoyed the grill on the balcony. The kitchen had cooking oil and coffee capsules — everything was new. There are many tasty and affordable restaurants nearby, and the area feels very safe.

Great location. Nice apartment with air con throughout, gym, great laundry facilities & rooftop. WiFi was mostly stable - I had a couple of connection warnings when I was online. Less than 10m walk to the shopping centre which has a supermarket etc. Hosts were responsive. Was able to check in a few hours early when I arrived which I really appreciated (I presume there was no guest before). Not much to improve - the pool is too small to really swim but I think that’s normal with a lot of these buildings. Kitchen could be better equipped. Early checkout at 10am but you can leave luggage.

amazing appartement with all confort. we had a small issue when we arrived and Ruben sent us somebody to fix it straight ( less than 1 hour). Our journey was very comfortable because it is a very quite area in the night. We loved to eat in the vegan restaurant just in front. super safe as well. We fully recommend this place!!

Hermoso departamento duplex, ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Asunción. Todos muy amables y pendientes de cualquier detalle que se resolvía de inmediato. Volveríamos sin dudas.

O apto da Sandra é até melhor do que parece nas fotos. O prédio é excelente. Localização muito boa e comunicação com a Ruth muito fácil e agradável. Ótimos quartos com bons ares condicionados e cozinha completa. Gostamos tanto que já vamos voltar! Recomendo fortemente esse apartamento.

la estadía fue excelente.el departamento tiene todo lo que ofrece en las imágenes. al lado de un supermercado también hay farmacias .el lugar es muy tranquilo y fácil de llegar al casco céntrico.... el anfitrión muy atento!!!

Excelente experiencia. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento para quien desee pasar unos días por la capital de Paraguay ya que cuenta con todas las facilidades, además de ser seguro y estar muy bien ubicado. El self check-in es una ventaja muy valorada. Volvería a rentarlo con mucho gusto.

Nuestra estancia con Fabián y Valeria fue excelente. Estuvimos un mes y teníamos todo lo necesario. La comunicación fue excelente, siempre estaban dispuestos y disponibles. Además, cada semana se realizaba la limpieza de la habitación, se cambiaban las sábanas, las toallas, etc. El patio, la piscina y los equipos de gimnasia también fueron aspectos que añadieron mucho a nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo!

Maison nickel 👌 comme décrit avec jardin, barbecue, étendoir, il ne manque rien. Quartier très calme Nous nous sommes senti de suite comme chez nous. Alain et Carla sont très réactif et d’une grande gentillesse, nous les remercions vivement. Nous reviendrons chez eux sans hésitation.
