House by the sea and The Seal Woman

A house on the edge of the cliff. Direct view form the living area of the famous statue "The Seal Woman" and the steepest mountains in the Faroe Island. On 1st floor there is kitchen and living room in one room. In the kitchen there are the normal facilities. There is also a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people. Outside the house there is a small balcony, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. You need to take a ferry to get to the house.

A clean and cozy apartment, perfect for a couple, but with possibility for renting two other rooms for altogether 5 people if necessary. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a house in central Fuglafjørð. Grocery shops, café/bar, culture house, ATM, bus stop and the beach is literally within 2. min. walk. The backyard is a small public park with an outdoor café, where people meet for coffee in beautiful surroundings. The tourist information is our next door neighbour.

The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
