Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

With stunning views of Banyuls Bay, the 3-star apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, on the 1st level of our main residence. Totally independent (we share the outside staircase), you have a large equipped terrace. Beautiful sea view. Parking is reserved for you in front of the house, and it is also possible to park a motorcycle/bicycle securely. Beach and village center less than 5 minutes' drive, free shuttle at the end of the cul-de-sac.

The Casot: between sea and mountain

Built on the edge of a hundred-year-old olive grove, this small independent maisonette, called a casot, is a building of traditional construction. The interior incorporates the old elements of Catalan architecture while combining a deliberately modern decor. The site, although on the edge of the subdivision, is quiet. The rental is located in the foothills of the Albera and can be the start of many hikes, for all levels, while being close to the beaches.

El Paller de Ca l 'Escrivà (Capmany, Alt Empordà)

House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It's also 25 kilometers to Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can make BTT circuits and hike and follow megalithic routes. Big parties are not allowed, but barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and big groups.

La Grange de Maya: atypical, sea, rural charm

The barn, located between Le Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albera, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.
