From the moment we arrived, this place felt like a breath of fresh air. Nestled right on the water, the setting was absolutely stunning—calm, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Every detail inside and out was thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with a view, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or relaxing outside by the water, everything was effortless. The home was spotless, cozy, and clearly cared for with love. It provided the perfect environment to de-stress and truly relax. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway where you can disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of nature with all the comforts of home, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It offers everything you could need on site. The oven operates very well. Sheets and towels are supplied. Although the beach isn't large, it's quite enjoyable to sit there in the morning to observe the kite surfers or in the evening to admire the stars. Highlands is a lovely little village with scenic walks at Sandy Hook or Hartshorne Woods Park. It was easy to get in touch with Rob, who consistently responded quickly to our messages. We look forward to coming back!

Nothing can beat these views! Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. A family of swans came by each day and tons of crabs caught! Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to take out the kayaks but there was a nice park a short walk away on the waterfront. Jessica was very responsive and made the process seamless! 🌟🌟

Nina is one of the most responsive hosts we ever had. She is certainly a host with the most amenities of all the places we have been to. She is especially considerate of travelers with babies and young children. She has cribs, high chairs, games, cups, disposable bibs, etc. We had an enjoyable family time without worrying about little things.

Audrey was a fantastic host—friendly and responsive. You can tell she truly cares about her guests’ experience. The location was perfect: close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything else we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and well-cared-for Jersey Shore escape. Thanks again, Audrey!

Timothy was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean, spacious and perfect for our girls weekend. We would stay again!

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

This was a perfect stay for my wife and I, it was so clean which is most important to us but the place was also so cute comfortable. The host was very responsive and nice to us from start to finish. Great location!!! We recommend this cozy condo and hope to be back.

Great stay with the kids. They loved the pools and the short walk to the boardwalk. I’m grateful they provided linens but I would’ve preferred to know they were disposable as they weren’t very comfortable and next time I’ll know to bring my own. I’m just picky in that way though. The place was great and spacious and provided a great family vacation.

Our family stayed at the bay cottage for three nights. It was amazing place. We enjoyed the nice bay view with dock and heated pool. It was raining during our stay, but kids liked the heated pool. The cottage was well-maintained, and has everything you need. In the house, everywhere has good view. There were also a lot of toys. My three years old grandchild was happy. There is crab trap, we use it catch crab right from the back of the house. Next year will consider come back again, hopefully in some good weather!

Amazing! Jay was a superb host. Super responsive, flexible and friendly. The apartment was immaculately clean and organized, and a great location! Zero complaints, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their family. Can’t wait to go back!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! We had a wonderful wknd at David’s beautiful house in the perfect location. Everything was exactly as advertised. David was easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at this house.

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Our stay at the Upper Deck couldn’t have been more perfect! Joan’s home is ideally situated just across the street from a beach entrance; walkable to food, mini golf & even the boardwalk! The exterior features are awesome w/ dedicated parking & a delightful covered porch we enjoyed all day long. The apartment is spacious, bright, cheery, comfortable & immaculate! Best of all, Joan is an incredibly kind & thoughtful host whose special touches make this a true home away from home. When it comes to the perfect beach getaway, Joan’s thought of literally everything… comfy beds, soft linens, plentiful towels, beach badges & chairs, cooler, ice packs and filled trays, comfy indoor & porch seating… truly, I could go on and on. Joan’s home provided me with some much needed rest and comfort… I’m so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to visit again!

The home had a retro-beachy feel to it, with all the modern comforts of home. It is an older home that has been completely & beautifully renovated! We loved that they kept some of the “retro” items in some of the bathrooms. Very clean & updated. We are a group of women in our 50s and we had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, games, parking, and privacy. Right across the street from the beach and a beautiful deck upstairs overlooking the ocean. Emily and Brian are a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
