The house was built by the Kelsey family in the 1930s after seeing the house featured in the 1933 Chicago World's Fair and has been completely renovated. Views of the lake from almost every room. Cozy little cottage off the beaten path offers peace and serenity with a beautiful view of Lake Steven. Unwind and relax in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, attached garage, large yard for activities, a dock, washer and dryer and so much more. Home has many updates including all fresh paint and flooring. There are 2 queen size beds and air mattresses available as well. Cozy up to the fireplace or have an outdoor fire in the pit overlooking the Lake!

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
