This tiny cabin on the banks of the Brazos River is a perfect getaway and is located 20 miles from Waco and Baylor University. This newly renovated space provides you with a big open living area, a spacious backyard, four cozy bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. For those wanting to retreat and for those wanting to entertain, we have the place for you.

Welcome to Twin Lake Cottage! The entire house is yours to enjoy. Our guests love the water views, fishing and peaceful country setting. The cottage offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while being perfectly located near downtown Waco, the Magnolia Silos and BSR Cable Park and Surf Resort. Restaurants, coffee shops and dining are all within a short, 15 min drive to Waco. The cottage is cleaned and sanitized and eager to welcome you.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful cabin situated outside the city of Waco in the countryside. Sit on the porch and sip coffee while listening to birds chirp and sing. Watch the cows from your deck while you grill. This cabin comfortably sleeps four guests and is equipped with a king size bed, a loft with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with another cabin.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport and Hawaiian Falls water park is approx. 3.7 miles away.
