Beatriz was an amazing host very accommodating and responsive. The house was exactly as pictured clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My family and I especially enjoyed the pool, and the neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, with everything just a 10-minute drive away. I truly appreciated Beatriz’s kindness and prompt communication throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would love to stay here again when visiting family. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The house was incredibly clean and very spacious. I appreciated that someone came regularly to clean the pool—especially since I’m very clean and a bit of a germophobe! The host was also very responsive, which I truly appreciated. We had a small issue with the HOA, and I’m grateful the host was on top of it and supportive throughout. I felt safe at all times in the gated community, and my kids really enjoyed the pool.

This home is gorgeous and had plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out. Emma and Rene are so friendly and were very quick to respond with any questions or needs we had during our trip. We loved the close proximity to the main clubhouse and pool/lazy river area - it’s just about a blocks walk. We felt very safe as well. We loved all the amenities and thoughtful touches for children - like the step stools in each bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Quiet and cozy townhome , the hot tub was definitely a plus . Susane was very responsive also love the welcome cookies . I would recommend

The number one thing I loved was Michael’s communication. His replies were quick but thorough. He really took the time to explain and recommend things to do, and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Secondly there’s parking literally right in front of the door which makes unloading luggage a breeze. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, the kids loved the toys 🧸. It was a 10/10 stay! :)

We had a very good stay of several days in the accommodation. The location is ideal for getting to the various parks. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and matched the description, it was great.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place looked just like the photos and was very spacious. It was clean and we did not have any issues checking in or with communication from Andrew. He made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend this place and community!

First of all thank you to Neeta for allowing us to stay in her beautiful home! It was great and worked well for a group of 4 adult women. When people say it’s the little things that make a stay great that is very true. The amount of mirrors, items in the kitchen to cook, and how cool it stayed in the house were game changers for our trip. Next time I come back to the Orlando area I will most definitely be staying here. I would strongly recommend this to anyone coming to Orlando!

Great apartment, beautiful decoration and in front of the pool.

Everything was great, Lorena was very responsive. The drive time to Disney world was less than 15 without traffic. It was perfect for my family of 6. The place was pretty and clean, washer and dryer very conveniently inside the condo. Worst part of our trip was the inclement weather, everything else was great!

El departamento es precioso, grande, cómodo, limpio, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para las vacaciones y más! Nicolas siempre respondió rápido y respondió todo lo que consultamos. La pileta es hermosa y grande! Todo estuvo genial.

William was an amazing host! He was so attentive and very quick with the responses. His beautiful property definitely sits over the lake just like the pictures. Definitely the perfect spot for the price paid! William helped make my birthday weekend a huge success! Definitely will be back!

Great place to stay. Felt like if i was in my own home. Extremely clean, super comfortable and close to everything but far enough to be in a calm quiet neighborhood. minutes from Disney and Universal. Will definately Stay again on my next trip. looking foward to my next vacation here.

This was a last minute trip and I was so grateful for the opportunity to stay there! I would book again!

this was our second stay at this home both for two weeks,what a lovely home this is and full of character with lots of nooks and crannys everywhere,plenty of room though maybe a bit smallish for 6 adults but ideal for four,very clean inside and out with beautifull views and lots of wildlife to see from the patio area,we saw deer,gatorts,racoons,snake,turtles,various birds of all sizes including an osprey,diana the owner was very helpfull with any problems,,,,,,,,,,,the only problem we had was the annoying noise,dust ect from the large building site directly next door,sadly they have dug up the smallish woods next to this property and building more homes which is such a shame though it didnt ruin our holiday in any way just a shame though,hopefully it will be finished soon and will look better though nothing can replace the trees they cut down,thank you so much diana for letting us stay there,hopefully will rebook for next year.

Very peaceful, a bit smaller than expected. I appreciated the host for her fast responsiveness. Even went out of her way to have a blow-dryer dropped off for me which I’m very grateful for.. The only thing that I would have to consider for the next time is It’s not gated around property so my dogs always had to be on a leash but it was overall a calm area.

The place was perfect for a quick DIsney getaway. It was very close to shopping and the Disney resort

They gave me great instructions to check in. The place was clean, and the pool was great. Very comfortable for what we needed it.

The place was amazing! It was just as described, peaceful, outdoorsy, and comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed running around and our kids loved fishing off the dock. We recommended this place if you enjoy the outdoors.

We stayed at Hernans place for a weekend and it was great for what we needed it for. To give an honest review I must say, upon entering it is important to note that this is very clearly an older building so some things are a little worn, no problem! We had a housekeeping issue and contacted Hernan and within 3 hours, the housekeeping team came and corrected all issues for us. Truly such an accommodating and kind host. We weren’t in the house much but when we were there we felt safe and comfortable. One thing I will note, there were 3 of us staying for a weekend with 1 roll of toilet paper. That was the only thing I forgot to mention to the host but I am sure if I did mention it, he would have corrected it. Great stay, great host!

Fare Mananui is truly magical. The investment of love into a tropical oasis literally rivals two of its biggest inspirations--Trader Sam's and the Enchanted Tiki Room. We loved the ease of the smart home commands to make the house come alive each night. Gil was super clear and helpful before and during the trip w/providing relevant info. We really loved hanging on the lanai each day with Chiquita the kitty! The location is also awesome--right off 168 so close to everything, but also very quiet and serene at night. Protip--don't go grocery shopping until after you see the home because there's a very generous supply of coffee, mixers, and other conveniences. The one thing that I wish was different was the pool hours; it was only open until 7. It’s a place that must be seen to be believed, and I am excited to return one day!
