Waterfront holiday rentals in Lake Seminole

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

I was only in town for one night on a long road trip and just needed a place to crash—but wow, I wasn’t expecting this. The view from the 13th floor was unreal, and the whole space felt calm and thoughtfully put together. I didn’t need to unpack much at all—everything I could’ve needed was already here. The bed was insanely comfortable, the check-in was easy, and I actually felt like I rested. If this is what a quick stop can feel like, I can only imagine staying longer.

We had such a special time making memories with our kiddos and you helped make that a reality. Thank you for such a great stay!

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

Joe communicated with us the entire trip to and extremely helpful. Location was great loved the balcony watched scenic views of a rainbow over the ocean nights with full moon’s crystal water quiet and peaceful. Place was clean and efficient easy walk to the beach close to lots of popular restaurants hope to revisit again Thanks Joe

Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

My husband and our friends really enjoyed our stay. We were already talking about the next time we are in town we plan to rent Megan’s property again! Everything was clean. The view was gorgeous. The host is beyond professional. Was very responsive prior to arrival and during (nothing was needed though). The place was exactly what is shown and expected. Everything you needed was there. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat. Sheena was very helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions both before booking and after check-in. Her communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, a beautiful, tranquil spot with a thoughtful and attentive host. I can see why they call it ‘Our Happy Place’! Would definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend the Millstone on the Millpond! The house itself was amazing and perfect for our family of 4 trip. Kerri was very responsive to any questions and even checked on us to ensure we were good and didn't need anything. It was the perfect getaway for our family to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday. If your looking for a perfect beach getaway, look no further. The listing details are accurate and you will have a fantastic time. It was beautiful pottery barn decor meets the beach (my favorite and what caught our eye in the listing). The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated; nice size bedrooms and bathrooms and have I mentioned the amazing views from the large patio? It was a perfect family vacation! The kitchen has all the essentials for you to make whatever you want to. We choose to eat breakfast and lunch in and eat dinner out. It is right on the beach so the ease of going upstairs if your forgot something or needed a refill or a snack made it stress free. Honey the condo manager was amazing, attentive and answered any questions. The host Kim was great to work with, she provided thorough detailed instructions that were very easy to follow and answered any questions promply. The building is very family oriented, we loved it was not a crazy party building.

Great place for an affordable getaway! I traveled here with my wife and 1 year old son, and it was perfect. Very family oriented. Pools and beaches were beautiful. We will definitely be back

Spent our 21st anniversary there. Was very nice , clean, bed was so comfortable, loved the patio facing the beach. Enjoyed the amenities that resort offered. Sheila was amazing

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

First of all I want to say that before we even checked in I saw all of Cort’s reviews and was sold on him immediately. By the end of the first night there we had our minds made up. This was going to be our new go to. The room was perfect. Easy access and right where we wanted to be. The living room felt like home. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was in perfect condition and the bathrooms were spotless. Even after having our minds made up when we left that this was going to be our new getaway we got more reassurance. We accidentally left the stuffed animal our son sleeps with every night and were in a panic. Cort in the middle of waiting for his grandchild to be born called his crew, they found the stuffed animal, and within minutes were getting our address so they could ship it back to us. This place is amazing. The host is amazing. Rent from this guy. We know we will.

It was everything the description said it was. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was extremely nice. And I loved all the extras Tamara thought of. And the beds were very comfortable. 💯% would rent again. Thank you Tamara for make my vaca nice and comfortable.

We loved staying here. We found the listing at thr last minute. We wanted to do a quick weekend trip. We checked in late and it was easy. The resort was friendly. The people were friendly. The amenities were great. We didn't even have to leave the place. We ate at Beach ⛱️ Bob's until we left and enjoyed the beach AND the pool. The beach hairs were included which added to the awesome experience. My kids are 8yo and 9yo. They didn't want to leave PCB because we didn't get a chance to do the things right outside the property in the 2 nights we were there. it was so enjoyable. We are definitely returning. Our host was really nice also. This was a very great experience. Thank you.
