Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Seminole

This boathouse is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its beauty and tranquility. The space is immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway. The nights here are magical—completely quiet except for the soothing sounds of wildlife and water gently lapping against the dock. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was an experience we’ll never forget; it was simply breathtaking and worth every penny. The host clearly put a lot of care into making this place feel like a true retreat. If you’re looking for serenity, stunning views, and a pristine, relaxing environment, this boathouse is a dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

What a beautiful home. our expectations were exceeded by far. The dock was lovely - we fished - we sat and watched the sunset on the giant porch swing. The beds were very comfortable. The house is lovely - clean and beautiful. We will most certainly come back to this one. THank you Faith for a great place to stay when we are in Tallahassee. I had no idea I could find such a great place out on 20.

We were in town for a Bass Tournament on Lake Seminole - Lori's place was perfect, located mid lake and very close to boat ramps. Her house had plenty of space for boat parking with easy access to power to charge batteries at night. The house was spotless when we arrived and easy to access with a keypad lock on the door. AC and Wi-Fi worked great and a TV in every room if you need some down time. Overall, a great place and great value for the money.

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

Its not often you show up to a rental and the pics do no justice. Usually, theyre cropped and panned and makes things look bigger than they are. But upon arriving, we notice that was jot the case. The yard and all was much prettier snd open and larger than it looked. Same with the porches and space. Beautiful and peaceful and lots of deer roaming the property in the am and pm. River was flowing hard which made fishing and swimming impossible but i think it was due to northern rain, because it obvious the folks inbtbe area swim there often. Definitely worth the price.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

Erin was super sweet and so welcoming! The house is super spacious and offered lots of amenities! The only thing to watch out for is the mosquitos, they’re everywhere and easily get in the house because it’s by a lake, obviously out of Erin’s control but just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we loved it here so much!

The house was amazing. There was so much to do. Plenty of room for my big family. Love being able to wake up, drink my coffee and look at the water. Rebecca was amazing and so sweet. I would definitely book again.

Great place to stay , very peaceful and quiet. Wasn’t too far from restaurants and or grocery stores. The home was very clean and cozy! Would most definitely stay again! Host was very friendly , responsive , and nice!

Nice place for two people. This is the place if you like fishing out your back door. Bed was comfortable. Nice big shower. Hope to stay again

James was a great host. We were on the run from Hurricane Milton and James even offered us to stay as long as we needed for free! We did not need the extra time but what a wonderful offer. A true Southern Gentleman.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and the view of the lake was breathtaking. I am extremely grateful for Sandy being able to accommodate my last minute reservation and she was very courteous and professional!! Thanks for having us stay at your rental property!!!

I'm a native of Tallahassee and I normally stay with family, but Jack's home and location made me feel right at home. The nostalgia of being on Lake Ella took me back to all the great memories of my high school and college days. The home was beautiful, serene, and convenient. I would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful city. Thanks Jack! Robert

This is a charming old apartment in a complex that was turned into condos some years ago. The exterior of the complex is misleadingly dingy--concrete block with water stains from a few window units. It's bohemian, with hardwood floors, two balconies, old furniture, and a lot of character. The building does not front the street, so there is a green courtyard between it and the buildings in front of it that has walkways, huge live oaks, and a bench. You can hear birdsong most of the time from inside. A lake is within walking distance, as is an organic grocery. Landlord was out of state and relied on the previous rental tenant to clean the apartment, so it was not pristine. The landlord now has a housekeeper to clean it after every stay. Some necessities were missing--dish towels, a toilet scrubber, a bath rug--but the landlord was EXTREMELY responsive and everything was supplied. He even had safety hooks put on the screen doors! You will love it if you are artsy and want peace.

Jack and Mollie's place was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee at The Black Dog Cafe that was a short walk away. We would definitely stay again

IMO this place is a hidden gem. It is a getaway location right down the road from the national park and lake access. Beautiful wooded location on a quite road.

Was exactly what the listing said and was a very nice getaway not far from PCB but far enough to feel like we were secluded in a lowkey area :)

Loved the screen porch and swings. My dog really loved the big fenced yard and the squirrel chasing.

Spent a week here for a fishing trip. Steve greeted me with some fishing info while Sandra made sure everything was exactly what I needed. They gave full access to their boat doc and lift. Privacy is no issue here while you feel you can call for help or info at anytime. This is the place to be if you want easy access fishing. Or even just a calm relaxing time by the water. Step outside at night and listen to all the critters sing! These two have a great thing going.

Excellent location, felt right at home. Place was clean and exceeded expectations. Reached out to Todd the day before check-in and he was very accommodating and friendly. If we are in the area again in the future he would definitely be my first choice to choose from before staying anywhere else.

10/10 would recommend this place. This is my second or third stay and it is just as welcoming and pleasant as the first

I have to honestly agree with the other reviews regarding this property. The spot was PHENOMENAL. It was so peaceful, and my family thoroughly enjoyed the entire place. We came out for my husband's warrant officer graduation, and it was such a great place to come back to and relax. If we ever find ourselves in Alabama again, we would 100% stay here again.
