The bedrooms are a good size. The heated bathroom tile floor was a nice feature for the winter. Overall, the townhouse was as described and very clean and quiet.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful place! I thought it was very comfortable and beautiful all around. The location is great, right next to the Museum and gondola and bike trail, and I appreciated that there were a few spices available to cook with.

Great place to stay in the Coeur d”Alene area. I love the views and the convenient location. They were quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. It had a great bar to eat at as well as a dining room table.

Great place! It’s very spacious. Even though it’s an underground unit, the skylights and windows are perfect for light! The place was clean and tidy except the oven, probably the cleaners did not check to throw out the previous guest’s moldy leftovers. Not a big deal if you don’t cook. The place is very walkable and on a main road but quiet. Parking was easy. Overall, we love it and recommend!

Beautiful space, very comfy bedding. Centrally located and easy to find. The owner has a real sense of contemporary design that is both casual and elegant. We loved the art print of the ski lift! My son thought the multiple perspectives in it were really cool. Little things like this make a space fun.

Really nice little condo made the perfect base camp for our Memorial Weekend exploring the area. The host is helpful and responsive. Parking could get a little bit tricky for larger vehicles. But we have a small SUV so it wasn't a problem for us. If we come back we'll definitely stay here again.

Great stay for a trip to Silverwood! Walkable to Tubbs Hill and downtown CDA.

What a great property! We had a great last weekend in CDA picking up our daughter from her last year at NIC. Whitney's place was the perfect location and walkable to so many restaurants and coffee shops. If we come back to Courdalene we will most definitely stay here! Thanks again! Reid

My husband and I stayed here while on work in the area for 18 weeks. It was a nice area with great walking trails and beautiful views. Close to town with lots of food and shopping options. Laura was very helpful and a great host. Very comfortable place. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely book here again when in the area.

Wish I could have stayed here longer. It’s certainly a good price and high quality.

Communicated well, clear directions, building number was missing so took a minute to figure it out, but no problem. We had a car crash and family sickness that occurred with our first date, host was flexible and understanding and let us reschedule to a later date and avoid high fees, super helpful. Would go back.

This is the perfect place in Sandpoint if you prefer some peace and quiet to being right downtown (which is nonetheless an easy 30ish-minute walk on a dedicated path). The house itself is lovely, well-furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area and packed with thoughtful little extras everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, and there's a cute, small porch out back with a fire table and view of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s lakefront condo! It is a great location to walk into downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. Convenient to the Long Bridge walk as well. Well appointed for cooking in as well and the BBQ area was very much appreciated.

Our stay at Maren’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the communication was seamless and incredibly helpful. The house was exactly as pictured, if not even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean, and we immediately felt at home. I would highly recommend to all visitors considering to book right away!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of rental homes, all over the world, and James’s condo is by far at the top of our list. Very high end finishes, beautiful furnishings, gorgeous views, exceptional amenities and the list goes on. Sandpoint is a wonderful small lake town with nice restaurants, coffee shops and local shops. James was quick to respond and the instructions were easy to follow. Fantastic rental!! We will definitely book again.

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

Very very comfortable Bradley was a very good host and very responsive. We definitely would come back again. It was in a very safe location very private and the accommodations were absolutely perfect.
