There is a basketball, football and volleyball court (balls are also available). Nice place to make a campfire. There's a hiking trail in the woods. There's a small pond on the side of the house where you can go swimming.

The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. Uncle Tom's hut is a nice log house in the middle of the greenery of Karula National Park. (Part of the farm complex.) The house has two wide floor beds on the 2nd floor and a bed for one on the 1st floor. In addition to the kitchenette in the house, it is possible to use a large outdoor kitchen in the courtyard of the farm, an outdoor shower, a fireplace and a grill.
